"Great place to stay in Seattle! Easy walk to Climate Pledge Arena with a lot of great restaurants and bars nearby. Brand new facility, so everything is in top shape. Breakfast was a nice bonus, especially with kids in tow. Will definitely stay here again!"

"The check-in/check-out, room and staff were excellent. Two things to point out, 1) the hotel should consider upgrading the toilet paper (very thin) and 2) the food/drinks for Happy Hour on the 7th floor was subpar. Other than items above, we would go back 😊"

"Nice location near waterfront; 5th floor deck was best part about stay. Shower water was not hot enough and room was slow to heat up. My room had a lot of elevator noise which I wouldn't expect for the price."

"Friendly and helpful staff, especially for a first timer like me in Seattle! Good breakfast, there’s a fridge in the room and you can come downstairs to microwave breakfast. Excellent for solo travel."

"Hotel is nice & clean; staff friendly & knowledgeable. Location is central and close to Pike Place, Seattle Center, and several museums are within walkable/reasonable distance. Room was nice. My only two issues were: Nit-picking, but the pillows were flat. The second issue (bigger) was the $20/day "destination fee". I have no idea what it is or why it's charged. Just be aware it exists. Otherwise, I had a fine stay."

"This is a wonderful hotel! The staff was amazing! Rooms big and clean! (Including your own workout equipment in room!) My only issue was the parking lot. I had a big truck and couldn’t really fit well in the parking lot. I know there’s nothing they can do about it, but just be warned that large vehicles can have some issues. Overall a wonderful hotel!!"

"Wonderful! The desk staff were friendly, and the room was perfect. It was bigger than other downtown rooms we have stayed and the design is very up to date. Bed was comfy, room was quiet and everything was SUPER clean. It was just a few steps to several good eating options (Having tried others on prior trips we opted for their in-house restaurant Chan) Chan was so good! Fresh ingredients, Korean flavors. We will stay here again,"

"Property was safe, clean and comfortable. The staff was very accommodating during our stay. We were provided with a room upgrade with an amazing view of Pike’s Place Market. Free coffee in the morning was great. Brunch at Ben’s Paris was a highlight of our stay. 100% will return when in Seattle. "
