"Great location and I had a lovely view from a spacious room on the 9th floor, but the room needs a refresh - stained carpet, dirty walls, etc. The bathroom had been redone more recently but the bath is absurdly high to climb into for a shower. Housekeeping and maintenance was a little lacking - empty ..."

"Not sure why, the phone in my room kept blinking. Called the front desk, but not getting the issue resolved. I use a booklet to cover the blinking light. Other than that, the room is in perfect condtion."
