"Spotlessly clean and air conditioning was superb!! And we were especially grateful as the uk was experiencing a heatwave! Breakfast was lovely with lots of choice on offer. Excellent value for money. The tea and coffee free to guests at reception was such a nice touch."

"If you want to sleep in a room About the size of a garden shed, where there isn’t a wardrobe, drawers and couple hooks on wall to hang your clothes. If you want a double bed wedged against a wall, so you have to climb over the person sharing your bed. Who may not be a partner. Then this is the place ..."

"Excellent location for walking to most sites in Bath. Complimentary breakfast was ample. Room was very clean and comfortable. Air conditioning was quiet and effective, which was appreciated as we arrived in a heat wave."
