"The house was clean and had plenty of space with good views. The road definitely has a steep incline but is easily manageable in summer and the house was close to everything we needed. "

"Check in and check out was a breeze. The kitchen was very nice. The overall cleanliness was pretty good. The property manager was responsive and very nice. The amenities were very good. Plenty of towels, trash bags, toilet paper, free coffee, dishes and glasses, microwave and dishwasher. Free Netflix and other apps. The bathroom was nice and clean. It would be good if they can state one bed in each room just so guests are fully aware. The price didn’t seem too bad but seemed to be a little high...

"My family and I had a wonderful and comfortable stay at the property. Everything was top-notch – cozy furnishings and decor, well equipped kitchen, convenient location to stores like Trader Joe’s and Target as well as the Church Street Marketplace… We were out during the day, but spent the evenings at the house and were able to have great family bonding time just watching tv together and playing the board games provided. "We were in this area for a wedding to do in Northfield. The location is beautiful. The home charming and very comfortable for kids to Grandparents. The kitchen is well appointed with dish ware and modern appliances. Even with rainy weather we relaxed. Ate. Played games. Very cozy. Bedrooms quite comfortable. Our host were responsive to all our questions. Thank you again. "

"We have a wonderful stay at this beautiful home near Waitsfield! It was comfortable and inviting and the kitchen had everything we needed to create a July 4th feast! The home was clean and spacious and very close to grocery stores and coffee shops and great restaurants. A 5 star vacation!"

"We really loved our late summer stay at the Kendall Brook Lodge in the beautiful Mad River Valley! It’s such a peaceful spot.
