Spend your days soaking up the unforgettable views of the Pumicestone Passage from the balcony or lounge room of this first floor unit, directly across the road from the waterfront.

This unit is up just one set of stairs and is perfectly situated close to all of the excitement that Bribie Island has to offer. Walk to the specialty shops, cafes, restaurants and the Bongaree entertainment precinct as well as across the bridge to Sandstone Point Hotel.

Thoughtfully renovated and styled with guest comfort in mind, this unit has all the style and personality that you would want in your home away from home. This two bedroom unit features an open plan design with kitchen, lounge and dining flowing out to an outdoor dining and lounge area. You will be grateful for the fully equipped kitchen where you can cook up a storm for family and friends.

Perfect position across the road from the still water beach and close to shops and cafes. Parking off road (uncovered). Surf beach a short drive away. Single flight of stairs to unit. Renovated older property. Clean and very comfortable for a couple.

Convenient Location with lovely views

The property is great, nice and roomy with a fabulous view of the Pumicestone Passage and an easy, pleasant walk to the Jetty restaurant, the Village Deli/Cafe with it’s delightful nursery and garden setting and the Seaside museum. Welsby Parade is a main thoroughare and we didn’t anticipate the constant traffic noise.
