Dear guest’s, please note that when booking Angabunga from the 11th of February 2026, the property will be moving from the downstairs unit to the upstairs unit above. Please note that the bedding configuration will remain the same, and you will still have access to the front yard space. Updated photos of the upstairs unit are currently in progress as renovations to prepare the unit take place. Please reach out to our team if you have any questions or concerns.

Enjoy magnificent ocean views from the front patio, where you can watch whales on their annual migration from May to November. This highly sought-after property is very popular, so early bookings are strongly recommended.

Perfectly located, the home is just a short stroll to local shops, cafés, restaurants, and the iconic Gorge Walk.

Angabunga features three comfortable bedrooms (2 queen beds and 2 single beds) and is fully screened for your comfort. Amenities include Wi-Fi, a BBQ, DVD player, washing machine and dryer, microwave oven, pedestal fans, and outdoor furniture—ideal for relaxing and taking in the views. The property also offers convenient carport parking and dual street frontage.

Perfect views & perfect location!

Perfect views, perfect location! The owner is delightful, and the separate living space offers privacy and comfort. The property was impeccably clean and well-maintained. Waking up to kangaroos on the lawn and the sea breeze in your hair is 10/19!

Great location, great choice

This spacious ground floor unit was very clean and comfortable for our group of 5, with a well-equipped kitchen. We would definitely choose to stay here again. The location is superb, just across the road from Frenchman’s Beach and the start of the Gorge Walk. A real delight for us was the kangaroos that came morning and evening to graze and sleep on the lawn of the property. We even got to see young males boxing. The property owner lives above the unit and was extremely gracious and accommodating to us. Our only question for the property management company is why they include a coffee shop ‘gift card’ as a required part of the rental fee.

The apartment was perfect for us. Our overseas friends loved the view. Collection of keys, linen and checking out was easy. Would only recommend that each room have a fan as it did get a bit hot at night.

Top location with great views !

Our family really enjoyed our stay. The front yard is great for kids and being so close to the cafes and main beach was excellent.
