The Space:

This easy-going waterfront home is designed for relaxed family holidays in peaceful Banksia Beach. Tucked away on a quiet street, the property offers a comfortable coastal setting with plenty of space for larger families and groups. The bright open-plan living and dining area features comfortable seating and a 55-inch Smart TV with Netflix and Chromecast capabilities, making it easy to settle in for a relaxed evening at home. Air conditioning and heating throughout the property provide year-round comfort.



The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for easy holiday meals, including a fridge/freezer, oven, stovetop, microwave, dishwasher and toaster. Tea, coffee, oil and a selection of spices are also provided for added convenience. Woolworths is only a few minutes' drive away, making it easy to stock up on groceries and holiday essentials.



Step outside to the spacious undercover patio overlooking the water, an inviting setting for laid-back afternoons and family meals. Fire up the BBQ, relax by the waterfront or watch the kids cool off in the private saltwater swimming pool. A totem tennis set provides another fun outdoor activity for the family.



The home is well equipped for families travelling with young children, with a baby bath, safety gates, children's books and board games, children's tableware, a changing table and highchair available. Secure garage parking and in-unit laundry facilities add further convenience throughout your stay.



Bedroom 1 (Master): The spacious master bedroom features a king-sized bed, balcony access and a walk-in wardrobe, along with a private ensuite bathroom.



Bathroom 1 (Ensuite): The master ensuite includes a bathtub and shower.



Bedroom 2: Features a comfortable queen-sized bed.



Bedroom 3: Features a comfortable queen-sized bed.



Bedroom 4: Features a comfortable queen-sized bed.



Bedroom 5: Ideal for families, this room features a queen-sized bed as well as a bunk bed with two single beds, with the bunk beds suitable for children only.



Bathroom 2: A second full bathroom provides added convenience for larger families and groups.



Laundry: In-unit laundry facilities are available, making it easy to keep on top of washing during longer stays.



Guest Access:

Entire house is accessible to guests including the garage. Five parking spaces available on the property.



The Neighborhood:

Bribie Island offers popular boating and fishing, great 4wding, birdwatching, National Park and surf beaches. A museum, art gallery, adventure tours, cruises, walking trails, freshwater lagoon, markets, playgrounds, equipment and boat hire. World War 11 sites to visit. Golf clubs, bowls club, RSL and multiple restaurants and cafes. If food and relaxation are more your thing, the property is only a short drive to the Sandstone Point Hotel. They serve amazing meals in outstanding surroundings. This property is also a short walk to the Pacific Harbour Golf Club, offering fantastic food, mini golf and casual gym membership.



Getting Around:

Parking is provided in the garage and on the driveway. There are no public transport options nearby, so driving or rideshare are the best ways to get around.

*Pet-friendly for dogs, upon application - 2 maximum, a $50 per pet fee applies. Please reach out to us for pre-approval before booking. Please note we do not accept cats.



*We DO NOT take schoolies bookings*



*No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.)



*This home is in a residential community with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.



*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.



*Electric vehicle charging: If you plan on charging your electric car while on holiday, we would appreciate it if you could first consider using the designated charging stations available at nearby shopping centres and public locations. These are great alternatives and help us manage our power usage. If you need to charge your electric car at our home, please reach out for pre-approval beforehand. Please be aware that there is an additional charge for this. We appreciate your understanding.
