>>By attending the property, you agree to the terms of the Short-Term Rental Agreement, which will be sent for signing at the time of booking.
>>Guests must provide a copy of their ID (front and back) and a selfie photo for security and insurance purposes.
>>A security deposit (bond) is required and will be authorised separately.
Strict no loud noise, parties, or events. Quiet hours are from 9:00 pm onwards. Breaches may result in eviction.
>>No schoolies or toolies permitted.

>>The property hosts up to 6 adults comfortably. Larger families/groups may be considered upon request — please contact us in advance.

>>Parking is limited: maximum of 1 car.
>>Special requests ( ie extra bedding) must be made 48 hours in advance.
>>Last-minute requests incur a $100 setup fee (minimum 2 hours’ notice required).
>>Same-Day Booking Policy: Bookings must be made before 6:00 pm. Bookings after this time must be cancelled within 1 hour for a refund, otherwise the first night will be charged with no access.
>>Bins must be placed out for collection on the correct night. (Yellow recycling bins are collected every second week.)
>>This is a non-smoking property. Any cigarette butts found will result in forfeiture of the bond.
>>Neighbour complaints = immediate removal or cancellation of booking
>>Accidental/deliberate damage will incur repair or replacement charges.
>>Guests must leave the property in a clean condition and return furniture to original positions or additional fees apply.

>>Smoking: $1,000 “Smoke Damage” cleaning fee.

There is a strict no pets on any beds and furniture policy at the property. Any damage or extra cleaning will apply further charges.

>> We need to know the breed, age and size of the pets, and the type of pet.
Pets must not cause danger, damage, nuisance, noise, health hazard or soil inside the house.

You are responsible for any mess or damage your pet leaves behind or injury to another person.
If you arrive at the property with a pet without prior permission you will be asked to leave without any refund or reimbursement.
All dog waste must be cleaned up from the backyard before departure. Failure to do so will result in a $200 cleaning fee.

Terrible host - would never rent from them again

We notified the host immediately that there was no hot water pressure and we were unable to take hot showers. They requested a video which we sent. Building manager said they had seen this in other units and gave host the number of an experienced plumber to fix the issue. Host said the recommended plumber was too expensive and sent someone else. Their plumber said it was an issue with the building. So we still had no hot water for showers. Building said this was completely untrue and the problem was the inexperienced plumber. Host told me “no one else has complained” and refused to fix the issue. I spent hours going back and forth, threatening to dispute the charge, and so finally they sent their plumber back to replace the valve, which is what they should have done in the first place, which fixed the issue after 4 days of no hot water. I told them that they owed me compensation for the 4 days with no usable hot water, and they refused and said I was ungrateful because other hosts wouldn't have fixed it at all.

Wonderful stay

My family and I had a wonderful stay, the place was beautiful, clean and cozy! It was conveniently located, close to cafes, supermarket and public transport. The hosts were easy and friendly to communicate with. Would stay again!

The location was perfect (close to the city), and the view was great! The amenities at the complex were fantastic as well. The apartment itself was well provided for and having air conditioning and fans made our stay very comfortable. If there were any negatives, it would only be that when we arrived, the air conditioning wasn't put on and the temperature inside the apartment was around 30 degrees (a bit stifling)! However, once the air conditioner was running for an hour or so, it quickly cooled down. We also discovered that one of the garage remotes wasn't working (needed a new battery). One other suggestion that would help in future would be to provide paper towels near the barbeque so that it would be easier to clean it up after using it. All in all though, it was a wonderful place to stay and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We would definately return again!

Nice condo

Overall our stay was good. The condo had a great view of the city and was just as it’s pictured online. The unit was clean except for the bed coverings. They were very worn and stained. My biggest complaint would be the lack of communication before arriving. I sent 2 messages through VRBO and left a voicemail which all went unanswered. We received 2 emails before arriving. One was to sign the lease agreement and the other one said we may ask you some additional questions about your stay. I assumed if the additional information was needed it would have been requested. Only to find out the information was needed before sending us check in instructions. If the email had been worded clearly about needing the information I would have gladly provided it. In addition the check in instructions on where to find the keys weren’t clear either. Thankfully someone who lived at the building was able to show us. If the communication had been clear and concise I would have given a 5 star review.

Magic Weekend

A few friends from Sydney catching up with another friend from Brisbane, going to the NRL Magic round of footy. Accommodation suited us down to the ground, easy to get to and from even though it is a 45 minute walk from Suncorp Stadium, we all needed the exercise after to much food and drink

Easter holiday at Brisbane

Beautiful apartment. They had everything we needed, even pool towels. Great location, 5 minute easy walk to the Gabba for the football. Lovely pool and bbq area. 3 great sized bedrooms. Fully equipped kitchen. Would gladly stay here again.
