Welcome to your inner-city home away from home!

Our bright and well-appointed 3-bedroom apartment in Brisbane’s vibrant Fortitude Valley will have you booking your next stay before your time is even up.

Suited for groups of up to 7 adults, our 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom, 3-balcony corner apartment is situated within the Coterie Apartments complex and comes with a free secure on-site car park.

Our main bedroom features a luxurious Super King Bed, walk-in wardrobe, digital Smart TV, and private balcony.

The large ensuite bathroom gives you dual vanities, so there will be no fighting over mirror space in the morning! Enjoy your time relaxing in the large freestanding bath with your complimentary bath relaxation pack.

The second bedroom offers 2 comfy King Single Beds, with the third bedroom a generous Queen Bed.

The apartment also features:

- A modern main bathroom with a walk-in shower
- Separated washroom/WC
- Laundry with washer and dryer (detergent included)
- Ducted air conditioning throughout
- Built-in wardrobes with full-length mirrors
- 2 separate balconies adjacent to living and dining areas
- Large digital Smart TV in living room
- Coffee pod machine (some pods included)
- Modern appliances and kitchenware including dishwasher

Visitor Parking is available during check-in (Ground Floor and Level 1) at 107 Alfred Street.

FACILITIES:
There are 2 rooftop pools in the dual-tower complex.
Both are situated on Level 27 and are accessible between 6 AM and 9 PM.
If you require additional towels for the pool, please contact the caretaker during your stay.

I will not be with you on the day of your arrival but I'm working closely with the Building Manager and their staff, Check-in will be done by the Reception Team. Upon arrival, please provide your Valid ID and your Confirmation Code from Airbnb for them to pull out your reservation. In case you need anything during your stay, please don't hesitate to message me on Airbnb and I'll do my best to attend to your needs.

Brisbane is a vibrant and expanding area & there are few new projects in development that will make it even more vibrant. This does come with some construction and the associated noise. We thank you for your understanding.

On-site Caretaker
The friendly on-site caretaker is available 24 hours to assist with any queries or concerns that may arise during your stay. He will provide you with key collection details via SMS on the day of arrival and is available to assist at the time of check-in if needed.

No Parties or Events
All loud music/noise must be turned off by 10 pm per building rules. The caretaker or security guard may attend any apartment to shut down parties. No warnings will be given.

Additional Bedding (Single Rollaway)
Additional beds may be available. This is subject to availability and will incur an additional fee of $49 per bed, per night. Please advise at the time of booking if you require an extra bed.

Additional Bedding (Baby Cot)
Baby porta cots are available but are limited and subject to availability. This will incur a fee of $10 per night. A baby highchair may also be available on request. Please advise at the time of booking if you require a baby cot or highchair.

No Smoking
This is a non-smoking property.

Security Deposit
A security deposit of $200 will be taken as a guarantee for any damage to the property. Additional professional cleaning services resulting from excessive or unreasonable mess (including smoking) will lead to your deposit being held. Any loss of keys will also result in your deposit being held.

If you run out of amenities such as toiletries and condiments, please keep in mind that you may request additional from the Reception Team. You may call them or go directly to the Reception Area to get the additional amenities.

No Pets Allowed
For service animals, certificate and registration from PAT must be presented prior to arrival. This needs to applied first in our body corporate, pet bond and additional cleaning fees will be applied.

No Parties or Events

Unless prior arrangements have been made, only booked guests are permitted access to the apartment. No unauthorized guests. Our home is prepared to accommodate ONLY the guests on the reservation.

If you notice any breakages or faults in the apartment, please do not hesitate to let us know. If you happen to break something in the apartment, please let us know immediately so we can resolve in a timely manner.

In case of lost keys which can happen at times please be advised that it will incur a cost for replacement of AUD250. Please keep the keys in a very safe place at all times.

When checking out, please leave the apartment in a clean and tidy manner. Guests will be expected to cover the cost of any breakages or damage, as well as any additional cleaning beyond a standard clean.

To keep our costs down, we kindly ask that you switch off lights and the A/C or heating when it’s not in use or leaving the apartment.

No food in bedrooms.

Please remove any make-up in the correct way. Our towels, robes and face washers provided aren't to be used for this purpose. Additional cleaning or replacement fees apply.

Please leave the apartment in a tidy manner. Whilst we do a thorough professional clean between each guest stay, we kindly ask that prior to leaving, you clean and put away any dishes or kitchenware used and hang any dirty towels in the bathrooms.

Please respect our neighbours and treat our property the way you would like us to treat yours.
