Ideal for 9 to 12 guests, Belle Vue captures the best of the Straddie lifestyle. The main living areas and expansive deck face north, soaking in the warm winter sun and cooling summer breezes. Screens and shutters offer excellent climate control and protection from summer storms, ensuring year-round comfort.

The heart of the home is the spacious deck, flowing seamlessly from the open-plan lounge and dining area. It's the perfect space to sip sunset cocktails, spot whales breaching, enjoy a BBQ with ocean views, or start your day with coffee and a good book in the sunshine. The fully equipped kitchen is a chef’s dream, complete with premium appliances, including a choice of coffee machines, and everything needed to cook for a crowd. The house is generously appointed with four large sleeping areas, each with built-in wardrobes.
