"最寄駅からわかりやすく平坦な道で5分ほど、アクセスはよかったです。 部屋とバルコニーは広く、5階だったので遮る建物はあったものの部屋から観覧車が見えました。 タオルが人数分なく、翌日ハウスキーピングで補充をしてもらうようメモを残して外出しても補充されず。 ティッシュがなくなったので補充してもらうよう、空のボックスをわかりやすい場所に置いても補充されず。 備え付けのコンディショナーの補充を次はフロントにお願いし、その場でハウスキーピングにメールをしてる感じでしたが補充に来てもらえず。 内線でハウスキーピングやフロントに電話しても誰も電話に出なくて、何度か電話してやっと補充してもらえました。 ..."

"The breakfast was such a nice touch and the story behind it such a nice message. Rose is such a lovely lady and so welcoming. It's central to so many places and the bus exchange across the road so easy to get into Southbank. We will definitely stay here again."
