"Nice room, little bit on the small side, but comfortable and all the bits and pieces you would need - toiletries, kettle, tea, coffee, milk, iron, fridge, glasses, corkscrew, bottled water, TV. Nice cooked breakfast, coffee, orange juice and very friendly welcoming owner. Good location too. "

"I had an enjoyable stay at the Sea Spray hotel. The location was perfect, minutes from the sea and about 10-15 walk to the main shopping areas. The check in was easy and room was clean and well presented. Tea/Coffee station was fully stocked which is always welcomed."

"The hotel was in a great location, right on the seafront and within a 10 minute straightforward walk to the Lanes. The staff were so friendly and welcoming and had a higher professionalism than I've encountered recently in London hotels! The room itself was spacious, clean and with a gorgeous view of the seafront and pier. I would definitely stay there again."

"I give this place a 10 because I have no complaints. None. It was clean, tidy, everything worked as it should, and it was great. I was born and raised in this neighborhood, and know it well. Lots of shops, cafe, coffee shops etc. Very easy to get around. I have no complaints whatsoever. We had a really nice two weeks here from the USA and would definitely choose it again."

"This property us in Kemptown, above Brighton's Maderia Drive. As such local establishments, such as the Kemp pub, offer great value meals, rather than the more tourist offerings in town. Using Just Park provided reasonably priced parking at a local bingo club, onky a couple of hundred yards away. "

"We chose a beach front room, parking was not free but booked knowing space was limited. The room (218) was stunning, beautifully appointed, clean roomy, nicely decorated with access to a lovely balcony. The staff were all great, very accommodating and we felt looked after incredibly well this was our second stay at this hotel, the previous time 11 years ago when we got engaged. "Stayed for 2 nights when at a conference at the Brighton centre. I think this is the best area to stay in Brighton and it was very easy to find/access the property from the instructions. A couple of things could take it from being a decent stay to somewhere really nice, which wouldn’t cost much. The flat was clean however the bed uncomfortable.
