Alpine-inspired Luxury - Alpine Barn Retreat

Designed to showcase flawless craftsmanship throughout, every inch of this impeccable home exudes alpine charm and allows the breathtaking property to shine.

Soaring pitched ceilings and exposed beams are on show in the open-plan and light-filled living zone..

There are three large bedrooms all with built in robes and two bathrooms with the decadent and oversized master boasting a luxe ensuite. Outside is the studio bedroom located next to the pool, with a large bedroom space and ensuite, is ready to accommodate the ones who would prefer their own space.

Outside, the long list of features continues with a picture-perfect entertaining zone where you can relish endless hours of fun with loved ones. There are expanses of decking, a sparkling in-ground pool and glorious views to Mt Buffalo that provide the ideal backdrop to your getaway. *Please note this property is not fenced therefore not suitable for unsupervised children.

This holiday home sits beautifully on its fabulous half-acre allotment, in this sought after pocket of Bright, with the walking/riding path directly opposite and the Ovens River only a short stroll away.

CANCELLATION POLICY - STANDARD POLICY
• If notification of a cancellation or amendment is received more than 14 days prior to the booking arrival date, a fee of $110 (including GST) will apply and will be deducted from the deposit paid prior to the issuing of a refund.
• If notification of a cancellation is received 14 days or less prior to the booking arrival date no refund or credit will apply.

All cancellations are to be received via email. Please refer to our terms and conditions for our full cancellation policy.

BEDDING CONFIGURATION (sleeps 9)
Bedroom 1 – 1 x Queen bed, ensuite bathroom.
Bedroom 2 – 1 x Queen bed
Bedroom 3 – 1 x tri bunk double on bottom
Outside Separate Studio Bedroom–1 x Queen bed, ensuite bathroom

*Please note: Studio bedroom is outsides separate from the other 3 bedrooms and off the pool.

BATHROOMS
Ensuite bathroom in Bedroom 1 with walk in shower. Main bathroom consists of a large bath, walk in shower and a separate toilet.

KITCHEN & DINING
Anyone who loves to cook will adore the gourmet kitchen with sleek fixtures, quality appliances and sweeping benchtops including a centre island bench with 4 barstool to sit at while dinner is being prepared by someone else. From here, you can overlook the lounge and dining area with air-conditioning for summer, slow combustion for the cooler months, statement lighting and direct access to the outdoors.

LOUNGEROOM & ENTERTAINMENT
This space provides seating for everyone to settle in to. Smart TV in the loungeroom and WIFI is available.

HEATING & COOLING
This property provides exceptional heating and cooling options with a wood fire in the main living area, and split systems located in the central living space, all bedrooms and out in the studio bedroom. Please note firewood is not supplied but can be purchased at local supermarkets and service stations.

LAUNDRY
Consists of washer/dryer combo.

OUTDOORS
A gorgeous outdoor decking with a swimming pool (only in use between October & April) to enjoy the beautiful views that this property has to offer. BBQ and outdoor seating and table for entertaining when the weather is warm.
*Please note this property has outdoor security camera surveillance.

PARKING
Undercover garage parking for only 1 car. 2 spaces for outside parking on the property

Late Christmas Family Stay
The property is spacious, well appointed, beautifully decorated and we had the most amazing long weekend for our annual Christmas family trip. The pool area was fantastic and although we stayed at the end of March we used it due to the location as it captured the afternoon sun. It’s a great walk into Bright and all its activities.

Short Break of Fresh Air
We were very pleased with this home, lovely setting and facilities, no fences on three boundaries though, and backing onto the main busy road, we had to monitor the children at all times. Beautiful setting with mountains as a backdrop, highly recommended, ensure you drop by the couple of Cafes that served " Sixpence Coffee ", locally roasted, awesome. Regards the Flanigan & Cherry families. :)

Great location and property
It’s beautiful property with beautiful view. We loved the design of the property and also the location. It’s not too far from the city/town centre to get all your need. The only issue with the property is the granny flat at the back, when the weather is bad then going in and out from there to/from main property is a big issue. Other than we’re happy with it.

House was nice and clean . Unfortunately the pool gate was Brocken and was unsafe to use the pool or even let the kids In the back yard , so that ruined our whole trip as we booked the home specifically for the pool. Management refused to give me some sort of refund .

Beauty below the mountains
This spot was a perfect place to celebrate my mums 60th with our family, the kids had a blast and the house was immaculate. Location was great also. Would recommend!
