Welcome to your serene coastal retreat in Bridport, professionally managed by Moxxi Property. This light-filled home is just a short stroll from Bridport’s sandy beaches and vibrant waterfront. With spacious living areas, modern amenities, 2 main house bedrooms and a studio with a bedroom featuring its own ensuite, it's the perfect spot to unwind and soak up the fresh sea air. Whether you're here for a beach holiday or a quiet escape, you’ll feel right at home.

Space

Step into a private, warm, sunlit haven that blends coastal charm with modern comfort. The open-plan living area is designed for relaxation, with large windows framing views of the garden, letting in beautiful natural light. A semi equipped kitchen makes dining in easy with multiple cooking options including a dual cooktop, slow cooker, microwave and airfryer at hand and a well equipped hooded barbeque out. The outdoor patio is perfect for morning coffee or evening drinks and a courtyard offering outdoor seating, gorgeous open fireplace and relaxing outdoor bath and shower area. The home features two inviting and spacious bedrooms, and a spacious private studio bedroom, ideal for families or groups of friends. Every detail has been considered to create a space that feels both welcoming and luxurious.

Bridport is a charming seaside town, known for its relaxed pace and natural beauty. The beaches here are pristine, perfect for swimming, fishing, or a quiet stroll along the sand. Take a leisurely walk to the town centre, where you’ll find cosy cafes, friendly locals, boutique shops, and local markets showcasing the best of Tasmania’s produce.

- Bridport Distilling Co., where they craft small-batch, artisanal spirits in the heart of Bridport.

Getting Around

Bridport is a walkable town, with most amenities within easy reach of the property. If you're planning to explore further afield, having a car is recommended. Parking is available on-site. For those without a vehicle, local bus services provide connections to nearby towns.

We have a gardener who will attend this property from time to time. It is unlikely he will attend during your stay, however if he needs to attend the property during your stay, we will notify you.

Firelighters / kindling/ and firewood provided to get guests started, but wood required beyond that will need to be purchased locally from the service station / landscape supplier or other local supplier.

We had a wonderful stay, the property was beautiful with everything you could imagine supplied. The beds were comfy and the home was tastefully decorated and clean. The kids loved the large backyard and the paved area for riding their scooters. The fire place was a hit with the kids for toasting marshmallows and they loved the outdoor shower and bath. The kitchen was well stocked with all you could need. Free wifi was provided which was handy for the kids to access the internet. The location is great and not too far to walk to the shops or beach. A fantastic place which hopefully we will return to in the future.
