"Positives - it is well positioned for the train station, the whole hotel was very clean. There was plenty of tea and coffee in the room. "The reception staff were fantastic. Radka & Keiron couldn't do enough for us. Checked us in earlier so that we could get ready for an event. Solved a problem with the Aircon, took a photo for us. They were very helpful & friendly."
