Upon check out we were told to strip the beds and take all towels sheets to one location. Take out trash to receptacle. Would think that would be something included in immense clean up fee. I know not all tenants are the same - but when we left all that was needed for next stay was to sweep floors, turn on dishwasher and remake beds. Not a lot of...

"First of all, the house is about a 1 minute walk to the beach, which was such a time saver. It gave us so much more time to spend at the beach instead of commuting. The house was very clean and welcoming. The decor was super cute and beachy. It was stocked with games and books and there is free wifi, which is always appreciated. There's a beautiful screened in porch with a great view. And you can see the beach from the wrap around front porch. Also, there were three bedrooms and plenty of beds...

"We have no complaints, it was a beautiful, new, very clean, comfortable home. Room for my family of 8 including grown children and grandkids. Plenty of room for us all. Nice deck and downstairs to relax and spend family time. The house is not on the beach side of the highway so we had to walk quite a distance across the highway with our grankids to the beach access. Though it sits center in a neighborhood, we felt that privacy was adequate and enjoyed the fenced in yard and privacy gate...

"Really enjoyed this home. Our 4th year in a row to Surfside and definitely will try for the same house next year! It would bea great bonus to have the doggie yard mowed and mosquito spray in the area to help the dogs from getting bitten so badly. Other than that, we loved every second of our stay!"

"This was the perfect place for our family vacation. The listing was extremely accurate and everything was exactly as stated when we arrived. Check in was a breeze and the owner communicated numerous times throughout the process and was super responsive. The location was so close to the pedestrian beach it made getting the kids back and forth effortless. I will definitely book again for our next trip."

"The house looks great! The owner was awesome about a AC issue. It wasn’t blowing cold air. She sent the AC guy immediately that night. He said it needed to be replaced, the owner (host) had it replaced the very next morning! Overall this was a great stay for my family and I and would recommend it to everyone. My ONLY cons are the master bedroom bed. It dips and its not very comfortable. But the room in beautiful! And the water filter in the kitchen needs to be replaced. Other then that...
