The Space:
Highland Pointe is a great home base for your Branson getaway. This comfortable and updated condo offers everything you need for a relaxing stay. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials, making it easy to prepare meals when you choose to dine in.

After a day of exploring, settle into the cozy living space and enjoy your favorite shows on the large TV. Step out onto the spacious deck, where you can take in the peaceful golf course views and unwind in the fresh air.

At the end of the day, rest easy in the king-sized bed with quality bedding designed for a good night’s sleep. Plus, with the resort’s amenities just across the street—including indoor and outdoor pools, a hot tub, and an on-site restaurant—you’ll have plenty of ways to make the most of your stay.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
Master Bedroom: King size bed (Sleeps 2), bedside lighting, quality bedding, and a streaming TV.
Common Area: Pull out sofa bed (Sleeps 2), bedding, pillows, and sheets.

INCLUSIONS
shampoo, conditioner, body wash, make-up wipes, hair dryer, brand new washer & dryer, iron/ironing board, portable crib upon request, fully equipped kitchen, and coffee (filters and grounds provided). Everything needed for a great stay!!

Other Things to Note:
**NOTE - This property requires the ability to climb stairs. There are 2 flights and may not be suitable for people with limited mobility.

**This property is pet friendly. A one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $75 is required, with a limit of 2 dogs. VRBO & Airbnb bookings can add pet into guest count, all other booking sites must contact us to pay fee separately.
**Prior approval is required for any more than 2 dogs; there is a $25 fee for each additional dog & must be paid separately.
No cats allowed. For all other pets please contact us.
(Pet fees do not apply to Registered Service Animals. Please reach out for further details.)

**The pool & hot tub at this location are maintained by the Pointe Royale Maintenance team, please be advised that their team can close the area for routine maintenance at any time without notice. Therefore, we cannot guarantee the pool to be open at all times during in season hours, but we assure you that their team works quickly to have the areas opened back up as soon as possible. We do not issue refunds for amenity closures. Thanks for your understanding.
**Indoor pool and hot tub are open year-round, Outdoor pool is seasonal. Pool area is open 10am-11pm.

Good condo for the price!

Overall this condo was good and I love the Pointe Royale Resort. It’s so quiet. The condo was comfortable and had a decent amount of room for 4 of us. Also, the King bed was very comfy! However, it was lacking in some details that keeps me from rating it higher. For example, the inside front doorknob kept falling off, the seal on the fridge was partially loose and flopping, the front door was half missing the privacy lock, and the white wood work needed a deep clean. I did report the door knob and fridge so hopefully they get those fixed for the next guests (although whomever is cleaning between guests should have noticed and reported those things right away). Once those things are fixed, I wouldn’t have any issue staying there again!

Warm Weekend Getaway

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at the condo. The condo was very clean. We loved the well stocked kitchen. Our favorite thing to do was to cuddle on the couch in front of the fire. Our stay was peaceful and quiet. We would gladly stay again.

This was a very nice condo.

Pest Problems

When we first arrived there were gnats everywhere so we got some spray and thought maybe its the garbage disposal, whatever. I can live with some gnats. We bought some bread to have toast for dinner and breakfast and the next morning the loaf had been bitten into an some of it eaten by a mouse. I wasnt able to get a picture of the mouse, he was too quick, but I do have pictures of the bag of bread bitten into and photos of gnats in my coffee. I rated low on communication because I have emailed the property management and I have not gotten any response.

Decent location, but really not clean

When we arrived, there were open bottles of fruit juice mixed with alcohol in the freezer. One of them had leaked in the freezer so I had to clean that up. During our stay, I dropped a hair clip and moved the couch, which is sitting in the middle of the room, to look under it. There was all kinds of dust, pet hair and trash under it. Overall it wasn’t a bad experience but their cleaning service is definitely lacking.

Dirty

The condo was very dirty. Hair in the microwave, dog hair in silverware, food and drink all down the front of the cabinets in kitchen, fridge was not wiped out and products was left in fridge, fans was FURRY with dust, comforter had brown stains and crumbs, baseboards was gross, blankets had to be washed (by me on my vacation) because they smelt like dogs. Had to have the cleaning service come in the day after we got there and they still didn’t get everything. I was NOT happy with the cleanliness of this place! I contacted management multiple times and received a $25 gift card to domino’s to “make things right.” Not a relaxing vacation for us at all.

Very nice stay

This property was great for my husband and I. Bed was very comfortable. Only 10 steps down and property was very quiet. Our yorkies could step right out the patio to potty. Would definitely stay here again!

Why would you have a locked door with a box showing the combination to the lock on the door for anybody & everybody to see? I guess you need to tell people to clean out the lint trap. I probably prevented a fire by checking it. Its not just the trap that needs to be cleaned. When one pulls out the trap, look at the area around where it sits. If there is 2 inches of lint, clean it out! It really should be vacuumed because Im sure I did not get all of the lint out. I also washed part of your woodwork because there were splatters. Did not sweep off the baseboards tho & they need it. Rim in toilet needs to be cleaned also tub under faucet. shower curtain is growing mold because its too long. It was quite & the bed comfortable. Loved the fireplace. So pretty. Hope I remembered to do everything I was supposed to do before leaving.

Great stay

Clean, well stocked with anything you might need including toilet paper and paper towels, gated community was nice so I didn't have to worry about my car being broken into, friendly people in the area. Overall, a very nice place and location to stay at!

Great pool!

Room needed some repair (bathroom shelf missing) and upkeep (shower liner dingy) and battery dead in fireplace remote. Room was clean and comfortable and we enjoyed mornings on walkout porch watching the golfers.

I hope you don't have trouble

Highland Point at Point Royale is a beautifully remodeled unit with a convenient location away from the tourist strip. However, we encountered several maintenance issues, starting with a broken washer. The communication and response from Freedom Vacation Rentals were frustrating, with delayed attempts to fix the problem. Despite being promised a refund, we have yet to receive it. We found reviews from over a month ago mentioning the same washer issue, indicating poor management and leadership. We have not received any follow-up communication from the company. Overall, we do not recommend this property due to the lack of assistance and failure to resolve issues. The kitchen table and chairs are also cheap, uncomfortable and very wobbly. It's not a pleasant stay if you want to sit and play games and hang out in the condo. The kitchen was well outfitted.
