"Clean and quiet location close to the metro. Definitely recommend!"

"Outstanding location. Right in the heart of Old Town, easily accessible to everywhere. Parked in nearby garage, and never had to move it. Automatic check-in couldn’t be easier."

"1. Was not aware that we're have to carry all our items upstairs. Very hard to do with a large ice chest. 2. We had issues with the a/c not actually kicking on. 3. The bed was horrible!!!! You could feel the springs in the bed, very hard. 4. Grout missing all over in the bathroom. 5. The door to the bathroom had to be slammed shut to get it to close. 6. WAY smaller than the pictures led to believe. 7. Wouldn't recommend, or stay here again."

"It is a beautiful property in a great location on King St. a little bit noisy in the early mornings and could use some darker blinds to keep out the lights. But overall was a great place to spend a week."

"Location is good, overnight parking is iffy, but finable. I've stayed in two suites and found that they are a bit worn down - particularly the bathrooms with crumbly floors and partially functioning equipment. Nothing major. Finally, there was no communication except for the check in and check out processes."

"Great apartment Location was very good for shops, restaurants and metrorail"

"Great location, amazing views and fantastic hosts. The only thing I would suggest is to ask for all required documentation at the time of booking. I booked a day in advance and had to send documents and make parking payments while I was on the way. Thanks."

"Great place, incredibly clean and cozy! Host was friendly and communicated well. Perfect price for a night out in D.C. Far enough away from the bustle to get a price break, but does not feel cheap in any way, bathroom was immaculate and clean bedroom, living room. Even had an office area. Lyft rides were reasonable into the Warf for a dinner & concert night."
