Plenty of bedroom and living room space. The two screened in porches would be perfect for summer, especially with the river across the road. The town of Warren is close with coffee shops, restaurants, shopping, and local bars with entertainment. The people of the area were extremely helpful and...

"I went with a group of 16 and we had an amazing stay! It is located on a quiet street about 5 minutes from town. We had a handful of out of town folks who were driving in the dark and they found the house with ease. The place was very clean with plenty of room for our entire group. The host, Amy was quick to respond and made sure we were in complete comfort during our stay! I highly recommend and would easily stay here again!"

"This condo was a perfect spot for our long weekend of skiing. The easy walk to Sunrise lift is maybe three minutes, and there is never a line at that lift. The view of the slopes is great, and the unit is nicely updated. We enjoyed relaxing next to the electric fireplace every night. We would gladly stay here again!"

"My family has stayed in this home twice. The home is beautiful and spacious enough for a group of 8. The kitchen has been upgraded but does lack some basic essentials. As the listing states the home is going through some renovations but there was little to no impact to us other than the hot water in one of the bathrooms was dripping and didn’t actually turn on. I emailed the property manager so hopefully it will be addressed before the next stay."

"The townhouse was beautifully appointed and well-maintained and backed up directly to the slopes. We weren't visiting during ski season, but rather to observe the 2024 total eclipse, and the back deck was a perfect venue to do so. The nearby town of Ellicottville is so quaint with a variety of unique shops and nice mid-range dining options. I would definitely recommend it as a quiet refuge to relax and recoup."

"we spent 3 days here , the place was very quiet and very clean , we had everything we needed , we loved the pond and watching the coy fish , also loved the firepit , we spent the whole time outside , we were very close to town wich was nice to go shop and have lunch , the host and cleaning crew were awesome , very friendly , i recommend this place for sure"

We played games, watched movies, hiked, fed the fish in the pond, played pool, made s’mores over a bonfire, played with the dogs and even tried to fly a kite unsuccessfully. Then we experienced the eclipse at a local event and had a blast. This is an amazing place to do whatever your heart desires!"

"I reserved this place for the solar eclipse weekend months before. There were no reviews yet as it was a new listing, but I took a risk. I reached out to owner after reservation never heard anything. About a month out, I double checked to make sure I had a reservation since I hadn’t heard anything, and I did. I also saw the other bad reviews at that time. I took a risk and kept as it would be difficult to find a place a month before the eclipse. As I drove to the address and was about 2 hours...
