You’ve found the perfect home base in Bradenton with this charming home located on an oversized lot just 5.5 miles to De Soto Nat’l Memorial Park. Tucked into a quiet residential neighborhood, you’re centrally located between Anna Maria Island beaches and the downtown Riverwalk. Outside, you’ll find a completely fenced, large back yard with mature trees, a seating area, and large lawn. This kid-friendly home features age-appropriate toys to help younger guests feel at home.

Inside, you’ll find a home that’s recently been fully renovated, making it feel like new. Improvements include new paint, new furnishings, refinished hardwood flooring, a tankless water heater, new doors, and ceiling fans. Bathrooms and the kitchen have been updated as well, with the latter featuring solid-wood cabinetry, granite countertops, and a full suite of stainless steel appliances. Now has 1 Gig Internet available for use.
When it’s time to head out, you’re an easy drive to the area’s beaches, downtown, and many nearby parks. At home, you can cook out on the grill for dinner to keep it simple, and then relax in the central AC while you stream your favorite shows on any of three TVs. Upload the day’s pics to social media courtesy of the free WiFi before drifting off to sleep in one of the comfortable bedrooms.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
