Anna Maria Island is a tropical barrier island seven and one half miles long. Its fine white sugar sand beaches are open to the public with convenient accesses along the entire island. It is one of the finest beaches in the United States.     Decent Condo

    We love AMI and have visited several times. The condo was located within walking distance of many shops and restaurants, which we enjoyed. Beach is directly across the street with easy access to the crosswalk. The check in process was a nightmare. Forget being able to talk to anyone that knows anything. We were told the office was available until 3pm, but nobody was there. The answer service answers but they didn’t know anything specifically about our condo. We had several emails and texts stating three different check-in times. Mcondo was pretty clean until

    Property was perfect. Enjoyed the tennis/pickle ball court, dock, pool, and hot tub. Other tenants were very pleasant. Beach is beautiful. Short walk to Bridge Street.

    Amazing Place To Stay

    Two sisters needing down time with the beach as our background was our mission. We were not overly excited with the online pics of this property but than again we were only coming for the water, reading of books and sunsets(lots of wine and margaritas) The inside and deck spaces of this condo was even BETTER than the pics on line not to mention squeaky clean!! We had a couple of mishaps and had to call the property management company and we’re very impressed at the speed of their service! We had and have zero negative things to say & we would/will book here again when our vacation takes us to Anna Marie We’re were extremely happy! Ps Hot Tub was truly HOT which you rarely find in a community setting but it was just another amazing plus!!

    Beautiful family escape

    We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this condo in Bradenton Beach. It looked exactly as the pictures showed. Very convenient to restaurants and local shops. Across the street from the beach and on the bay! The only small issue was the neighbors above us were pretty loud. Overall a great stay and we would definitely rent again!!

    Calm, get away
