"The room was clean and comfortable. We had a nice view of the countryside even though we were not facing the sea. The staff were nice and friendly. The only downside was that the parking facilities were quite limited and the space was always tight."

"As our first time being in the area, we chose BB Ipswitch Hotel as it was close to the train station, and we were very happy with our three night stay there. The staff were all friendly and helpful, the room was cozy and the shower was really nice, good water pressure and had the option for a rain fall showerhead as well. The food was phenomenal, we didn’t bother to look anywhere else for supper out as they had nightly specials as well as their regular menu. We had the sea bass, pork tenderloin...

"Comfortable room with excellent tea making supplies - and a good sized mug each! The floor fan was useful as it was very warm. The hotel kindly allowed a later check out with a prompt and polite response to our request. Check in was efficient and simple. The evening meal was superb - great value and the pavlova! Wow! Chef’s kiss! All in all - a beautiful historic building and a really enjoyable stay. We will return I am sure. "
