Recently Remodeled, Ground Floor Condo!
Family-style comfort tucked between the trees at the base of Boyne Mountain. The Mountain Villas provides convenient access to all winter activities.
The first bedroom has 2 queen beds, the second bedroom has a queen bed and a twin bunk bed, as well as a twin sofa sleeper in the living room.
This condo is a short walk to the heart of Boyne Mountain where you can easily access Avalanche Bay, the front of Boyne Mountain including Boyneland Chair lift, a variety of restaurants and shopping as well as all of the other activities that Boyne Mountain offers to guests.
During the summer you have access to a large pool where you can sit and relax or swim laps if you choose.
The Area:
Boyne Mountain is a golfer and skier's paradise offering the top-rated skiing and snowboarding and golf courses in the Midwest. Boyne also has one of the largest water parks in the Midwest, tennis courts, Deer Lake/Beach, and several dining options. Golf, skiing and snowboarding lessons are available at the resort. We highly recommend purchasing lift tickets, ski rentals and booking tee times for golf in advance. For details regarding resort amenities, please contact the resort directly for pricing on their day passes and lift tickets.
Deer Lake is a public lake for you to enjoy, and 7 miles away is Lake Charlevoix in Boyne City.

The property was stunning! Large rooms with gorgeous furniture in the kitchen and living room. It was literally steps from Boyne Mountain activities like the water park, chairlift to the Skybridge and scenic golf cart reveal.

Great location for ski out

We enjoyed our stay and the location was excellent. The property was very clean and had all the necessities. An area that could be improved is simply adding hooks throughout the condo (door areas, maybe standing rack by fire, etc) for ski and other clothing. The hot water capacity could also be increased as we ran out quickly both nights with family of 4 getting ready. The drainage, as reported in other comments, in back bathroom shower still needs attention.

the location of this condo is super amazing, it is really ski in and ski out place. there are 2 bedrooms and bathrooms (both are in the bedrooms) in the condo, same as the picture showed. However, we still can hear the walking sound from upstair, and the check in instruction could be more clear.

Perfect family summer vacation spot

We have 3 small boys and they were sooo excited about the bunk room and the bathroom was huge for them. The kitchen had everything you would need, bedding was super comfortable. Be aware the pool does get loud for the front bedrooom at night but we loved having it steps away from our door. With the other room in the back it didn’t bother us. Loved it and would definitely come back!

Top Notch

The condo was everything the picture and description promised. Our family goes up for the Tournament of Champions every year and this condo met our needs perfectly. The proximity to the pool was wonderful as this year we were traveling with our new 9 month old grandson. Renee was a wonderful communicator and responded almost immediately to any question we had. looking forward to next year! Amy

Served it’s purpose

The condo is less than desirable on outside, but very clean beds were comfortable and is really nice location for all activities! The pool Is right there, the condo was clean and had almost everything we could need. My only suggestion would be more towels. With a condo that sleeps eight, they only have four towels in each bathroom. For a 3-4 day stay that is a lot of reuse. My suggestion would be add a few pool or beach towels would be a nice addition. Other than that it was nice we actually rebooked for another stay. The communication was very easy and we were happy with the overall experience.

Great family ski spot

An overall perfect spot for experienced skiers and first-timers. Located right at the bottom of the ski school and bunny hill, and just feet from one of the main ski lifts, this small cabin is in a perfect spot. Easy to ski in/out. Cozy. Updated for the most part. Bathrooms could use a little bit of work and the tub doesn’t drain well in one of the rooms (with bunk bends). But overall it is an amazing spot. Owners are incredibly responsive and professional and easy to communicate with. We had trouble finding the exact location given all the emails and confirmations VRBO sends, and I just simply texted the owner and got an immediate response. Will definitely be back with my family.

Spontaneous Ski Trip

We booked in short notice for a 3 day ski trip in late March. Family of 4 with younger kids. The location couldn’t have been better for them. This location is only 50 yards or so from the Boyneland chair lift and a short 2-3 minute walk to the main lodge. The place was clean and roomy, beds were relatively comfortable. We would consider this place again due to all of those reasons. However, couple things to note. There is baseboard heating in each room and it can be very loud, especially trying to sleep. The rooms are broken up a bit so the temperature would vary room to room. I assume this is the same for all of the condos in these buildings as they older. The fireplace was nice to have though. There were very few towels provided, 4 in total. The back door sticks a bit and is difficult to close. Note this when leaving out the back. There was not really an area for our ski equipment. The day we were checking out, at 9:15am the cleaner walked through the door unannounced without knocking. I told her we would be leaving by 9:45. The cleaner then told the property manager that we said we weren’t leaving for a couple more hours and I received a text saying check out was at 10am and needed to check out by that time. I then had to explain what actually happened and the host was apologetic. We were packing up and having breakfast when she barged through the door. Next time will always use the deadbolt.

Great Ski In/Out Location

This property was perfect for our family of 3 but easily could have handled 5-6 people in my opinion. Location was better than I could have expected. We literally could ski right down the Boyneland run to the condo backdoor. This made it really easy to get on and off the slopes during the day. Only complaint was parking. If you have multiple vehicles it may be tight on a busy weekend. Otherwise great experience already looking to rent this place again next year.

Cozy Little Spot at the Base of Mountain

This was the perfect little place to access all that Boyne Mountain Resort has to offer! You can walk to pretty much everything and the place was equipped with everything we needed.

Great place great location

Overall this is a great place. The location is excellent, ski in/out right near the bunny hill. The condo was very clean and orderly and had everything we needed. A couple of things that could use attention - The bathroom, off the back bedroom, needs updating and the door handle fell off on the first day we were there. The heater in that bedroom was very noisy and hard to regulate. Also, the furniture in the living room ( couch, chairs, ottomans) are cheap and not all in good shape. For the price, especially during high season, I was expecting a higher quality furnishings.
