This single-storey cottage is situated on the lake shore at Cavetown Lake, near Boyle and can sleep three people in two bedrooms.

Lakeside Cottage is a single storey cottage situated on the lake shore at Cavetown Lake, near Boyle, County Roscommon. Hosting a double and 1 single bedroom and a shower room, this property can sleep three people. There is also a kitchen/diner and a sitting room with woodburning stove. To the outside is a patio and ample off-road parking. Lakeside Cottage is a fabulous escape to a rural part of Ireland, whatever time of year. Note: No children under 12 years old.

Amenities: Oil central heating with 2 x woodburning stove. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, TV and WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Ample off-road parking. Front patio. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 4.2 miles, pub 3.7 miles. Note: Maximum 3 guests including children. Note: Check-in is from 3pm, check-out by 10:30am. Note: This property is best accessed by car due to the remote location.



Region: The West of Ireland conjures up many images; thatched, whitewashed cottages, a flock of sheep on a narrow road, an emerald green field with a stone wall, or the Atlantic waves crashing into towering cliffs and rocky shores.

Town: The little and bustling village of Boyle can be found on the border between County Roscommon and County Sligo. Bursting with history, Boyle is home to a well-preserved 12th century Abbey, as well as the fascinating King House, a restored Georgian mansion in the centre of the town. The nearby county town of Carric-on-Shannon offers a wealth of amenities, including many pubs, shops and restaurants.

    Què li ha agradat: Neteja
    The cottage is a cozy Irish atmosphere with nice amenities. Just ten minutes to the center of Boyle. It heated up quickly and the shower was hot and strong. Working fireplace for cozy nights and washing machine with indoor dry rack came in handy. Irene was very responsive and left a nice basket of treats for us. I loved the O'Donnell crisps and am looking to order some on line. If we return to the area we hope to stay there again. Thank you Irene!
