Pet Friendly Cottage on 10 fantastic acres

Newly built home on 10 acre hobby farm.
Fully fenced and secure garden area suitable for dogs.
Goats Chickens Shetland pony Geese and Ducks to enjoy. There is a large vegetable garden that supplies most of our food.
We also have a selection of fruit trees and bees to do the pollinating. If you want to try your luck at catching yabbies there are some nets for you to use just ask me for a few tips. Walk to Cecil Hoskins reserve and maybe spot a pelican or platypus. Go for a bike ride to Bowral along a dedicated bike path. After dark use your torch to go possum and rabbit spotting.

We are close to Moss Vale only 4km or Bowral 7km. Plenty of great places to eat plus wineries galleries and antique shops all close by. At night enjoy the fire with a glass of red wine. When available enjoy our garden produce and fresh eggs from Henrietta and Emily.
In November we should start to see some newly born baby goats playing in the paddocks really cute.

Suitable for children they can ride their bikes around the property in complete safety.

Property sleeps 4 in beds and there is a sofa bed in the living room for an extra person.

Delightful Southern Highlands farm stay

Alan and Jeanette were wonderful hosts. This modern charming cosy 2 bed cottage was fabulous. We took our dog so the fully fenced back yard for nighttime pee stops, as well as the securely fenced 10 acre property, gave us total peace of mind. Our dog and the hosts’ dog Timmy entertained themselves and we enjoyed the wood burning stove and close proximity to Bowral. Great stay.

Hosts were friendly and warm. Place is central and lovely surroundings. Family friendly and able to feed goats on the property. Hosts gave us some veggies from their farm too. A wonderful stay overall.

Weekend getaway

We had a short little weekend getaway while attending a wedding. The property was fantastic, great for our little boy to see the animals. We loved going for walks around the property with him.We took our dog along too, she loved playing with Tim! Alan and Jeannette’s dog. He is such a friendly pup. Jeannette Was so welcoming when we arrived and gave us more information about the property and animals they have.We would highly recommend staying at this property!

Incredible Pet Friendly Accomodation

Lovely hosts, great location, friendly puppy. Wonderful gardens and accommodation.Very centrally located with easy access to restaurants etc, but still feels very peaceful. Great getaway location.

Lovely

Lovely country retreat complete with horses, goats and very friendly, gentle kelpie. The hosts were welcoming and friendly, the house spacious, clean, tidy, comfortable and well appointed. Perfect for a stay with our Italian greyhound who loved running around the grounds and playing with Jimmy the Kelpie and a visiting Scottie. We were there during storms and a blackout, but felt safe and cosy inside.

Fabulous property

My family and I had a lovely time staying in this property. It is clean and comfortable. Our dog loved running around and playing with Timmy. It was a bonus to be able to see all the lovely animals, especially the baby goats.Fantastic stay and we will return again. Thank you.

A lovely getaway in a quiet location, but close to all you need

Alan and Jeanette were wonderful hosts during our stay at their cottage. We really enjoyed having everything we needed and being in the quiet grounds of the farm but also being close to everything. The kids loved the horses and baby goats and we really appreciated Alan showing us around his farm. Definitely recommend!

Fabulous farm stay clean modern house

It's a lovely clean well presented house in a peaceful location. Alan and Jeanette were amazing and very helpful hosts. We had so much fun in the farm. Our dog Teddy really misses Tim.

Relaxing Farm Stay

We had a lovely few days on Alan and Jeanette's farm. They were so welcoming and friendly and the house was very clean and comfortable. Our boys (and dog) loved the freedom of being able to ride their bikes and explore the grounds safely and spending time with the goats, horses and geese. It was a very relaxing little holiday.

Fabulous stay in a wonderful house and a great location

We all had a wonderful time in this lovely little home. It was clean, comfortable, modern and warm. The location is great - very close to Bowral and on a lovely little property. The kids loved all the animals and Ziggy, our dog, adored Timmy. We'll definitely be back.

Long weekend

The property was outstanding , there were 4 of us staying at the accommodation and it had more than enough room for us all to enjoy it comfortably . The host were very friendly and helpful and we found it hard to leave . Tim the kelpie was great fun . We would definitely recommend this place and we would stay again without hesitation .

Just what we wanted ...

a long weekend getaway doing not much, but relaxing and enjoying the countryside within reach of good food. We also enjoyed Alan's fresh veggies, and our dog had the experience of his life playing with Timmy, seeing and smelling real horses, and being a country dog for a short few days!

Wonderful relaxing getaway

Had a wonderful recent stay with my husband, toddler and our dog. Everything was perfect, beautiful clean guest house with lots of animals for my daughter to see - she had an absolute blast. Alan and Jeanette were great, attentive hosts. Highly recommend!

A relaxing stay with helpful host

We spent a couple of days during the Xmas holiday. The house was very clean and the farm surroundings added a delightful touch to the overall experience. We were very lucky to catch some yabby. Alan was incredibly helpful, making the experience even more pleasant. We tried some fresh garden berries , really sweet. A nice stay!

Lovely property.Allan was a great help . Beautiful spot would go back

Loved it especially the animals . Pretty gardens lovely warm fire . Allan was great . House is lovely . 2 bathrooms great for 4 ladies . Would tell everyone to visit this beautiful place . Was very cold but we survived shopping for 6 hours . Centennial Vineyards for lunch divine . The Royal hotel lovely fire . Bowral is one of most favourite places and Allan’s home made our wkend very memorable.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, very clean and warm, Alan and Jeanette were amazing and very helpful hosts. It is close to everything and a wonderful place for the children to get a taste of farm life. Was great to see the kids having so much fun and time outside. We will definitely be coming back !!

Amazing stay for the family, and a perfect place to unwind.

Thank you very much Jeannette and Alan. Our family had a lovely stay on your farm. The accommodation was pristine clean and it was the perfect size for our family of 4. The highlight of our trip would have to be the friendly animals- our children absolutely loved them. The place is warm, comfortable and it is close to all you need- cafes, restaurants and more. Expect a lovely hot bath and extremely comfortable beds. The meditation garden was a perfect touch too for some extra peace. 10/10
