Highcroft House, Bowral - Get Closer to Nature

As you enter the driveway and pass the eucalypts, flowering plums, roses and cherry blossoms, you'll immediately be transported to another place; a cooler, greener, healthier place.

You'll have the whole 4,800sqm property to yourself. The house is well designed with lots of room for everyone to feel connected yet not in each other's way. There are two living areas and three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms. Every window looks out to the gardens - which change with the seasons. The garden also has three alfresco dining areas.

Cook up a storm in the fully equipped kitchen (or gas BBQ) using herbs and fruits when in season from the garden. Otherwise, head to one of the award winning restaurants in Bowral, a 4min drive away. (Mittagong 6min and Berrima 14min)

Stroll along the bush tracks and trails accessed directly from the rear of the property, or get your heart rate going and hike to the lookouts atop Mt Gibraltar.

There's complimentary, reliable WIFI and a smart 55" TV (with HDMI & DVD library). But the kids won't need it with lots of nooks, tall tress, a small orchard to explore outside.

There is ample parking for vehicles around the circular drive and the central heating is excellent in the colder months, even when it snows ! There is also an electric fireplace heater in the sitting room.

Well behaved dogs are welcome too, with a pet bond, but please note the property is not entirely fenced, so only good bois and gurls are allowed. You must bring your own bedding for dogs.

Cozy and comfortable

We had a lovely two nights at Highcroft. The house was warm and the kitchen had everything we needed. A comfortable stay for two grandparents, two parents, two teens and two dogs.

Beautiful Highlands House

We stayed here for a relaxing weekend away with friends and it was the perfect spot! The house was lovely and very comfortable, the gardens are beautiful, and it's in such a convenient location just outside Bowral.

A beautiful country stay

Beautiful home and beautiful garden full of herbs and flowering plants. Not too far from both Bowral and Mittagong townships so it was very convenient. Plenty of outdoor dining spaces in the garden with an expansive yard. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, thank you.

Beautiful property in Bowral

I loved my stay in this property, the house was spotless and comfortable and had everything I needed. The garden is large and well kept and absolutely beautiful, with great walking tracks available nearby. I felt so relaxed and happy after my stay, and very grateful I was able to find such a lovely house. I do need to mention that the traffic noise is a little noticeable in the morning, but I am an early riser and it didn’t bother me. I really hope I can come back to Highcroftbowral House again.
