"My family and I stayed here while visiting family in Monson. It was very convenient and safe. We were greeted with smiling faces upon our arrival. The staff were very accommodating and such a joy to interact with. The rooms were very clean and spacious. The breakfast was served hot every morning with a variety of options for my hungry teens. The pool was great on a couple rainy days. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this particular location based on the staff alone....

"Our room was upstairs on the 2nd floor. My mom is 90 there was no elevator for her. That was brutal. There was something being built near parking area which looked unfinished. We had a balcony view which looked onto the parking area. There’s a hospital across the street and during the night we heard very loud helicopter noise overhead. Its's close to MGM, the conference center and parking. It is a little noisy as it's on the corner of a busy intersection. "

"The room key doesn’t allow access to the pool. You have to ask the front desk staff every time to let you in. The breakfast was pretty good they have a variety of things and you can also grab it to go. The rooms are super clean"

"Convenient location. Mostly clean rooms. They didn't have bed covers, something to think about. Overall quiet place. Stayed with small children. They loved the pool. Plenty of kids swimming but everyone was respectful. For the budget, I would stay here again."
