"This is the third or fourth Hilton Garden Inn that we've stayed at with our dog. He's a pro at hotel life, the Hilton Garden Inn definitely makes it easier than some hotels. This particular one has a small but very clean dog area outside of the hotel. They placed us on the second floor to get in and out easily but you couldn't take the stairwell outside without triggering a fire alarm. Seems odd to not have the option to take the stairs."

"The pool was cold and run down and filled with screaming children. There was no towel attendant and the towels were threadbare and itchy and small. Locker room was clean. Stayed in the presidential suite. The furniture was uncomfortable (aside from the bed), the jacuzzi jets didn’t work, nor did the shower head so I had to take a separate shower to wash my hair. You can hear everything from the room upstairs which I had no issue with because I don’t complain since I know what it’s like but the manager came to my room and instead of politely asking me what was going on or if she can help me in any way or relocate me if it was needed but she did not do that instead her tone was cold and very dismissive.
