An additional sleeping place is available in the living room, a sofa bed (Double size 55"x80"). The kitchenette (4.3 square meters) has: a fridge, a dishwasher, a toaster, a kettle, a coffee maker, a slow cooker, a sink, and 30L 1500 Watt multifunctional toaster oven (tray 14x12 inch) with a dual hot plates cook top 900 and 500 Watt - possible to fry eggs and cook non large volume of simple food (oven & hot plate heating cannot be used simultaneously). The one sink full bathroom has a shower with a bathtub (length 56", width 27", depth 14"). A double sink full bathroom has a shower cabin. The backyard has a picnic area and a gas barbeque (two or three burners). Parking is on a driveway in front of the home (maximum 3 cars)..
