Incredible design meets gorgeous natural surroundings, including ocean views, at Santiago Hills Villa. Set in the hills of Manzanillo, this stunning Costa Rica luxury home was designed by renowned architect Benjamin Garcia Saxe by Studio Saxe.

Santiago Hills Villa is 300m² of habitable ready eco house.
Three bedrooms and indoor-outdoor living spaces make this vacation house rental both practical and unforgettable for the whole family.

During your stay, you'll be looked after by a housekeeper, caretaker and property manager, so you'll only have to worry about whether to stay at the villa or to plan your next excursion.

The expansive terrace off the main living area has sun loungers with ocean view and pristine Guanacaste sunsets included a 30m² infinity pool.

The heart of the Santiago Hills Villa is an open house with high ceilings where the warm Pacific breezes wash over a generous built-in sectional, protected from sun and rain.

From the villa, it's a quick 5-minute drive down to the sweep of Manzanillo Beach and a 10-minute drive to downtown Santa Teresa known for its world class surf spots, where you'll find restaurants and shops. The closest airport to Santiago Hills Villa is Tambor Airport, a 30 minute drive away.

Hidden Gem with a magical ocean view

We LOVED our stay in Santiago Hills Villa. The house is designed to be able to enjoy the common spaces of the living room kitchen and pool area with a stunning view of the ocean! All open spaces make it breezy throughout, with exposed corridors making it feel like you’re immersed in nature. The minimal gardens and architectural lines of the house also give it a clean and chic vibe. Bedrooms are laid out separately making them secluded and quiet, all with jungle views. The house is hidden in the hills which makes it feel secluded. Absolutely would stay again!

Highly recommended place

Santiago Hills villa is a perfect place for a family or friends getaway. Beautiful house, great location and a manager who catered for our every needs. We had an amazing stay and we will definitely come back!

A slice of heaven!

Our family of five (two adults, three teens) had a fabulous week here. Laurent could not be more helpful, the house is stunning and so comfortable it made it hard to leave, but leave you must to explore the surrounding area - surf, beaches, yoga, ATVing, hiking to waterfalls. We can't wait to return!

Heaven On Earth!

Photos do not do this architectural wonder justice! Most importantly the host matched the level of luxury, Laurent cared for us in every way. The house is perfectly perched atop a hill with the most stunning views from the kitchen, living area, bedrooms, and pool. The pool and house were exceptionally clean and we were able to choose what days we wanted cleaning service. All of our needs were met when inquiring about excursions, dinner reservations, a doctor due to our son's ear infection, and COVID testing for exiting the country. The living area is all open air of which we LOVED, just make sure you are the type that enjoys this kind of living style. All rooms are individual with their own bathrooms which offers privacy when needing a respite from the sun. Our favorite spot for sunrise, sunset, and star gazing were the white outdoor beds near the pool. Perfect family memories were made and we look forward to returning!
