"A eviter !!!! Sale, vieux. Reserver ailleur.

"Very nice residence in local mountain style, very professional and kind staff. Missing at least basic breakfast and other similar hotel services such as minibar or few snacks even for purchase. Very complicated local logistics as hotel free shuttle works from 8am to 20pm and no local taxi services available in the zone (note that nothing is walking proximity, therefore consider using the car for movements), but at reception you may find support also for “after dinner” pick up for an additional...

"⭐ 1/5 – Misrepresented location, uninhabitable apartment I booked this property because the listing shows a central Courchevel 1850 building. In reality, the apartment is in a completely different and inferior location far from the center. The exterior, balcony, and surroundings do not match the listing photos at all — clear location misrepresentation. At check-in the apartment was not cleaned or prepared: no bed linens, no towels, no toilet paper, and dirty dishes in the dishwasher. The unit...

"No bedding, no towels, it was not specified at hotel’s services description that I have to carry on my own. Poor cleanliness. Heating not operating, only two small electric heating elements available. Bad smell in general, but specially coming from the bathroom. The residence showed attentive to my complaints and kind in answering and understanding them in order to investigate and correct."

"Wonderful view. Central. Spacious especially for the price. Elevator makes it easy to get up to the top floor. Just a hidden gem. Terrific!"

"Logement sale, incomplet, mal équipé, aucuns rangements, matériel cassé, vaisselle insuffisante. Suivi nul Nous n'avons même pas pu y loger. Non recommandable Prix élevé pour l'endroit. Photos trompeuses N'y allez pas Juillet 2026"

"Beautiful hotel near the city center. "

"Absolutatemente lamentable. Las sillas rotas, la fregona del siglo pasado, la luz del baño fundida, el suelo pegajoso, ceniceros sin limpiar... y lo peor... NO HABIA SABANAS NI TOALLAS, ni responden a los email o las llamadas!!!!"

"Be aware this is a bare bones apartment rental so,: - no linens or towels (unless requested prior to your stay at a nominal additional cost). - no toilet paper, paper towels, soap, or wifi - TV wasn't working. Drain in bath sink didn't drain"

"Everything perfect except for the fact that reception is only open morning and late afternoon. Great ski locker downstairs, pool, sauna, laundry, cleanness, spacious room, location pretty close to gondolas and not far from supermarket(s) so all in all worth for the price I paid via Expedia (around 600 euros per week...direct prices are higher). "

"The beds are disgusting and wrapped in PLASTIC, the pillows seemed to be picked up from the street. No towels, no wifi, I felt like sleeping at the cheapest motel ever. Fortunately we only stayed one night 🙈🙈 "
