"Run down hotel. Cracked walls. Unrefreshend smell to the room. Not worth 1/4 of the $$$ I paid. Getting out of the bathtub was a fall hazard. Shower pressure was low...on the ground floor I wonder what its like on the top floor. Very unpolite and discriminatory frontend staff. Had paid for a quadruple room but was given a lower occupancy room. The only positive thing was the comfy bed and having a roof over one's head."

"This hotel was the first stop we made when traveling from Canada. Unfortunately we only booked for one night however it was worth it! It was great to Uber from the airport and just spend our first evening in. We checked in, ate dinner at the restaurant and enjoyed the hydrotherapy amenities of the hotel. "The room was clean. However, the bathroom had hair in the bathtub and sink. The bathroom was quite small, so it was difficult to maneuver around. Check-in staff were lovely, but unfortunately, it went downhill quite quickly. The ladies were rude, as well as a gentleman. You would think they were being forced to work there. I stayed for 2 nights; I wouldn't return."

"What a gem of a place! Beautiful original pub building. Bedroom was spacious and clean. We had a room with a double and a single bed. The double was a bit too hard for us, but the room has everything you need, so can't complain. Breakfast was really impressive and everything was cooked to perfection. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We feel like we've found a gem and will definitely use again when we've got a gig in Manchester."

"All staff I encountered during my stay were lovely! They were polite and helpful. The hotel once again, was immaculate and the clean rooms are the main reason I am a repeat customer (I told the lovely head of housekeeping this when she greeted me in the lift going to my room). The plentiful parking on site is another bonus and being a member of IHG rewards, this is discounted too.
