The Boulder Broker was very affordable and convenient to CU Campus. The rooms were clean and basic. The bathrooms could use a little updating and your neighbors could be visiting college students, but otherwise an okay stay.

We booked this hotel thinking it would be nice and convenient. Unfortunately it hasn’t been updated in a very long time. The quality of room did not match the value of what we paid.

We have been coming to the broker for a close to 30 years was where we got engaged back when they did brunch and tableside magic by Lamont. One of our favorite places in Boulder!

Really really loud through the night. No real sound proofing in rooms. Only one bed side table/lamp in a room with a king size bed. Not enough blankets. Very creaky bed.

デンバー空港からRTDに乗り、Table MesaかRTD終点からuberに乗り換えて10分ほど。 レトロな趣のホテルだが、治安が良く、ゆっくりするにはとても良い。 利用したときは眼の前にSproutスーパーがあり非常に便利だった。（残念ながら2026年9月に閉店。） 飲食は徒歩圏内にマクドナルド他、カジュアルなレストランやピザ屋がある。 通りを挟んでCUBoulderの大学寮があり、素晴らしい食べ放題の食堂（長期休暇中は営業していない場合あり）を一般人も15ドル程度で利用可能。朝食から夜まで営業、持ち帰りの食事も売っており食べることには困らない。 この敷地にUPS、シェアサイクル、カーシェアもある。 買い物は眼の前のBaseline を渡ってすぐの30thからバスに乗ればTARGET、Trader Joes, WholeFoods, Safeway, Kingsooperなどに乗り換えなしで行けて便利。 シェアサイクルは電動で、小さいがカゴも付いており、自転車専用道路を快適に走行できる。

Very nice and historically interesting. Looks like it was a great place at one time with wood bars and restaurant etc. Room was fine. I wish the AC was quiet. Also morning coffee was ok not good. Needed sugar that wasn’t contaminated with aspartame and creamer that wasn’t contaminated with artificial flavors and some light breakfast maybe cookies or something. There was nothing to go with coffee.

Cute, quaint hotel - clean room, nicely done, and a fine place to crash for a night. It sits right next to Williams Village, so it's convenient if you're visiting a student there, but you're about a 10 minute drive to Pearl Street and about a 30 minute walk to main campus. Parking was the biggest headache: the lot was chaotic and finding a spot took work. The hallways were also pretty loud at night, though that may have been a football weekend thing. The front desk was the other low point because our key card didn't work, and when we came back for help, the same woman who had checked us in two minutes earlier didn't seem to remember us and asked, "The guy only gave you one card?" Small thing, but the staff came across as inattentive rather than welcoming. Overall: good value for a one-night stay, just go in expecting to hunt for parking.

The lobby and decor was so much fun. There was plenty of parking and the location was close to everything we needed to get to during our stay. The desk staff was very helpful. Didn’t get a chance to check out the pool but the hotel was clean, although dated. It was still charming.

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the parking is free. All big advantages in my book. But the property itself is old and worn. I think it was a popular, trendy spot for much of its life - the hotel itself is quite old and has some lovely leaded glass in the front doors along with other architectural niceties. But the restaurant and bar are closed; there is maid service only every three days, unless you request freshening up; there’s no soap dish in the bathroom, resulting in a soapy mess on the counter; only one small tube of shampoo by the sink - no conditioner; tiles that had fallen off the walls in the public ladies’ restroom were left lying on the floor; and the WiFi was spotty/nonexistent. It’s sad to see the neglect of what could be a beautiful hotel. Plus, I paid just a little less than $700 for a three night stay, which feels very overpriced for what I received.

While the hotel was eclectic and charming in an antique sort of way, I have a few complaints. The pillows were awful, tiny little squares. There were no ice machines on the different floors. The rooms could have been decorated in ANY sort of way, but were very bare bones minimal. Also, our friends staying in a different room did not have working AC in their room, so we ended up cramming 4 people into one room because the hotel staff could not service the AC unit and there were no other rooms available.

We stayed here because we were attending a concert at Folsom Field at CU. The location was great and we even walked home from the show! The hotel itself is super cute and the old school vibes really bring so much charm. I gave 4 stars because it’s clear the hotel is on the older side and the rooms especially show its age. Some things could be more polished and use some updating but all that being said, I would 100% stay here again. Pricing was fair, bed was comfortable and pool/ restaurant were cute. Though I wish the upstairs bar was open.
