Great location to walk to Pearl Street Mall, Restaurants and Bars. Close drive to great areas for hiking. Property was as pictured; clean and easy to access. On street parking was nice. We would stay again.

Convenient parking in front of house with short walk to private entrance. Very spacious setting, many times larger than the average hotel room. Some nice retro touches such as a custom brick shower and a brick archway leading into a living room area, separate from the bedroom area. The antique hardwood floors added a nice touch. All the equipment and supplies for a longer stay were available. Only a short, safe walk to the Boulder mall area. All in all, no complaints, only satisfaction....Ron & Katrina

Hosts excellent in providing all you could need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay, information and timely responses where appreciated. Walking distance to the Pearl Street area was exactly what we were hoping for and the few blocks there through the residential area was a beautiful walk. I booked this property last-minute for a quick stay from Denver and found it exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and situated in a stunning historic Boulder neighborhood. Though I only stayed for one night instead of two, the location alone makes it a great choice. Communication with the host was limited, but I didn’t require much interaction. Highly recommend for anyone looking to stay in one of the best areas in Boulder!

We brought the family to Boulder for Thanksgiving and the CU/OSU football game. I brought my smoker and we were able to cook an entire Thanksgiving spread with the appliances provided plus the smoker. The weather was beautiful the whole time and the football game was fun. The entire family had a great time relaxing in the space between activities. Would stay here again.

This rental is very unique and cozy. Richard met us when we arrived to let us in so we did not have to juggle our luggage while retrieving the key from the lock box. This rental is in the basement making it dark and easy to sleep (No porch lights or street lights gleaming through the windows). We did not cook or warm food as it was so close to Pearl Street that we walked only a couple of minutes to a vast array of dining. However, if we had there were plenty of ways to do so. It would have been nice to have ice in the ice maker for our water bottles. The bed and bath linens are nice quality. It was neat and clean. We did hear noise from above, but that is to be expected as this is their personal home and they are living their lives. We were greeted by their beautiful kitty looking out the front door as we walked past to get to our unit a couple of times. We would stay here again as there was absolutely nothing that we were dissatisfied with. Communication with host is quick. Check in and check out was easy. Parking was right out front on street. If you are looking for cozy, convenient and space to spread out this is your place.

We only stayed 2 nights in Boulder. The location was perfect to walk everywhere. There is a lovely private patio that we used in the morning (still on east coast time). The unit was beautiful and unique. The owners communicated with us and worked with us to get us in on time. It was private and felt like our own home. I would recommend for anyone who would like to be able to walk around Boulder and be able to relax. It was a beautiful home and town.

Great location to explore Boulder and lots of on-street parking, which helped because we visited on a very busy weekend. The place was not at all spotless (nor was the extra bedding), which begs the question of these hefty cleaning fees. Felt private (no in-person communication with upstairs owners) and we appreciated the laundry. BUT, the huge double fridge in the kitchen hummed ceaselessly, and the stairs to the owner's upstairs home created a sense of feeling like we were just staying in their basement rather than in a separate guest suite. Overall, I'd say overpriced for what it is, but they're banking on the location to get you to book it at this price-point.
