"The view and the pool were the highlights. However, it was a great property and stay all around! Unrelated to the actual property, but be mindful of having a 4WD car in Atenas and Costa Rica in general. It will make your life easier."

"What an amazing find close to the airport! Edward was proactive in communicating and very hospitable. He picked us up at the airport and took us to our rental car the next day. Our room was spotless, spacious and minutes from the airport. We did not explore the area as we arrived late and left early the next morning. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again if in the area. If you need an inexpensive clean room, this is the place to book. "

"We had a really great stay here. Very quaint and the all day breakfast was a big plus. PLEASE BE AWARE that the gated parking that they suggest is $35 for day+night. And DO NOT park outside the hotel. Our rental car was broken into and the spare tire was stolen ;("

"Absolutely perfect little gem…we stayed the night before our international flight back home, and it was so convenient! I would stay there again in a heartbeat!"

"A great remote, quiet and serene facility with beautiful views. The facility has five beautiful waterfalls within the property that are nice to visit. The unit was nicely furnished, and had a unique colors and furnishings. The drawback was that it was a little far from any walkable restaurant or other facilities, no television inside the rooms, no air conditioning just the fan, and the water pressure in the bathroom was horrible. "Great place to stay if you arrive late or are heading to airport early, as it’s only 5min drive. The owner can arrange transport to airport for 15$. The house was very clean and exactly as described, would defiantly stay again."

"Peter and his wife were super communicative, prior to our departure. Day of our arrival he stayed up late to meet us and show us our room. The room was clean, and we'll appointed. Only down side would be the pillows were thin and you can hear the planes taking off. Breakfast the next day was great and they helped arrange a ride back to the airport. Would recommend for a night of arrival or departure from. Either international or domestic terminals. "
