There was no welcome/checkout binder with instructions about how to use the spa, where TV remotes were located (never found one and each bedroom had a TV) and what needs done upon leaving. Our adult children love to cook and the kitchen is stocked with everything one would ever need. We had our two-month old grand-daughter with us and the property owner even had a couple of things for us to use so we didn't need to rent anything. "Stayed here for a family wedding. This was my first time in Palm Springs. Overall the stay was nice. The overall communication for checking in, instructions for how to check out and getting a hold of anyone was a bit of an issue. To heat the pool or hot tub it is an up charge so beware of that tid bit. Also, the main bathroom connected to the main room does not have an actual door, it is a curtain.
