Cocoonr agency offers you to rent, in Bordeaux, this splendid flat located in a 19ᵉ century stone building, right in the heart of the Saint-Michel district. Located on the 1ᵉʳ floor, with a superificie of 70 m² and able to accommodate up to 5 people, it consists of a beautiful living room, a fitted kitchen, two parental suites, a separate toilet and a terrace. 4* hotel-quality linen at your disposal, with beds made up on arrival. We're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
- A sitting area with sofa bed, coffee table, armchairs and TV
- Dining area with table and chairs
- Open-plan kitchen with fridge-freezer, induction hob, multifunction oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, etc.
- Master suite 1 with double bed (140x190), wardrobe and bathroom with shower and WC
- Master suite 2 with double bed (140x190), wardrobe and en-suite shower room
- Separate WC

Outside :
- 25 m² terrace out of sight to enjoy the delights of Bordeaux.

The flat is ideally located in Bordeaux, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Area and activities :
- Close to the city centre, in the St-Michel district
- Within walking distance of all shops and transport links
- A few steps from St-Michel Basilica and the famous Capucins market
- Bordeaux's hyper-centre is an 8-minute walk away, as is the heart of the Saint-Michel district, with all its restaurants, cafés, shops, etc.

Public transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the public pay car park 20 m away (Les Capucins).

As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Bordeaux train station, about 6 minutes by car (1.5 km)
- Nearest airport: Bordeaux airport, about 28 min by car (23.7 km)
- Tramway B (‘Victoire’ stop) is a 4-minute walk away, taking you to Place du Grand Théâtre (hypercentre) in 5 minutes, and direct to the Cité du Vin in 15 minutes.
- It is also possible to park in the street, but spaces are at a premium and there is a charge (except at night between 7pm and 9am, on Sundays and public holidays).
- Vcub station 100m away, e1.60 for 24 hours.

The apartment is very well equipped and furnished for 2 couples, and the outdoor terrace is a fantastic place to enjoy a late afternoon glass of wine. Very quiet at night. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds comfortable. The location was in a multicultural area, close to the Mercato and a comfortable walk to both the train station and the old town. We really enjoyed our stay at Les Halles.

Cute apartment. It is supposed to sleep 6 but we only had 2 wine glasses of different sizes. The apartment needed a good inspection by management. The dining room chairs had loose legs. The outdoor furniture had torn cushions. We both have Nespresso machines and we know bitter coffee means it must be descaled. The coffee was so bitter we could not use it. The apartment is on a small square that is a major thorough fare in the neighbourhood and is very noisy. The description says it is 8 minutes from the market but in reality it is 8 seconds to the back door of the market so staring at 4:30 in the morning we are awaken by the unloading of trucks and loud voices. We needed to sleep with the windows closed because of the noise but it was warm and we couldn't find the remote for the A/C. The gentleman who meet us to check us in seemed total uninterested to be there.

Comfortable apartment with all we needed for a short stay in the city. Made use of the nearby market with all the wonderful produce. Great location to walk and see all the sites.

Propreté douteuse et appartement qui a besoin d'amour afin d'être acceptable. Beaucoup de choses qui ne fonctionnent pas bien ou brisées. Belle terrasse mais le canapé est cassé. Autrement endroit assez tranquille au dessus d'un restaurant bar. Pres du marché ou il y a beaucoup d'itinérants et sdf

Wonderful little apartment above an excellent pizza shop and right next to a super fun market. Walking distance to the river front and all the restaurants you may need. Apartment was very clean. Lily met us with the keys. She was so sweet. Had a couple questions and she replied immediately. Check out was super easy. We left right on time and Lily was there with a smile to wish us a happy journey. Def recommend this place and will keep in my favorites to stay again. Oh, and lots of dishes and glasses to use so eating in was easy!!

Updated apartment with a great terrace. Good property for two couples or a family. Conveniently located next to the Marche des Capucins as well as many shops and restaurants. The property does have one air conditioner in the dining area, but not in the bedrooms. There was very little toilet paper supplied even though there were four guests.

The property is location by the Capucin market, behind the University of Bordeaux St Victoria campus. Many local stores around, squares to enjoy drinks and dinner, and walkable to all monuments. Enjoyed the stay. It does get very quiet in the night and a bit shady around the capucin market late at night, so we avoided that street. The parking above the capucin market was convenient as well. The apartment was comfortable for a family of four, with all the necessary amenities. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and recommend this place.

We loved our stay! Great location near the Marche Capucins where we can buy just about anything. We loved walking around and looking at all the fresh produce, etc. The apartment was very spacious, perfect for 2 couples. The evening can be a little noisy. The location is right by a few restaurants which explains some of the noise.

Great for 4 people. Clean, comfortable and everything you need for a general stay. Excellent position with good facilities, general stores, Les Halles indoor market, bars and restaurants near by.
