    Un poco de Historia:





    El trazado de la rue Condillac sigue el interior de la muralla demolida en el siglo XVIII. Es una de las primeras calles previstas en el proyecto de la época revolucionaria, desde finales de 1790, "para aumentar el precio de los terrenos de los Jacobinos y de los Recoletos" según el directorio del distrito.





    Inicialmente nombrada rue Talleyrand, pronto cambia su nombre a favor de Etienne Bonnot de Condillac (1714-1780). Filósofo influido por el pensamiento de Locke, analiza sobre todo el origen de las ideas y será el teórico del sensualismo. Es el hermano de Mably, que tuvo a Rousseau por secretario... y sus tres calles convergen en el mismo punto.

    Se encuentra en el centro de Burdeos, en el corazón del Triangle d'Or, frente al cine "Le Français" y a dos pasos del magnífico Auditorium de Burdeos, la plaza Gambetta, el cours de l'Intendancey por tanto de comercios y restaurantes.





    En tranvía y el autobus de Burdeos, particularmente seguros, estan a 50 metros del piso y le permiten visitar tranquilamente esta magnífica ciudad.

Loved this place! Wish it was mine! We had reserved it for 6 people but there was only 3 of us there. It's perfect for 3. If you don't mind only one bathroom, you'll be fine. The bathroom issue could be a problem for more than 3. It is a bit noisy but that wasn't a problem for us as we had our earplugs and we loved being so conveniently placed. Communication was easy and efficient. LOVED THAT PARKING WAS INCLUDED! I can only hope I can revisit and stay here!

Wonderful location

The location of this apartment is perfect for a stay in Bordeaux. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go and the tram is also just around the corner. Bordeaux is a really beautiful city and not too busy which is great.Our apartment was a great size and its outlook was lovely.

We had a wonderful stay in the heart of Bordeaux. The apartment exceeded our expectations with its comfort and charm, and the central location made exploring the city incredibly easy. Everything was clean, and exactly as described. Our stay was exceptional. I especially enjoyed having my morning tea on the balcony as the sun rise. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Stay in the Heart of Bordeaux

We had a wonderful stay in this 2 bedroom apartment which was in a great location. Our communication with the property manager was very friendly and efficient. We found everything we needed in the apartment and the description of the property was 100% accurate. If we visit Bordeaux again I would look to stay here again.

Fantastic location. The apartment was good overall but needs an overhaul - furniture a little rickety, door locks broken. Could be perfect with a little TLC.

Bordeaux Centrale

This is a lovely, centrally located apartment, part of the Golden Triangle - Carrefour, boucherie, boulangerie, cheese shop, and fruit and veggie shops within two blocks. Tram stop is three blocks. I am a cook, and we ate dinner on our balcony every other night during our two-week stay.

Beautiful Apartment in a perfect location

We stayed 5 nights in this beautiful apartment which is steps from restaurants, shopping and a huge indoor market. Walkable to everything. A large living/ dining area with high ceilings and floor to ceiling windows. 2 bedrooms and a kitchen that had everything we needed. Met at check-in to give us information about the surrounding area and things to do and see. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again if we ever returned to this beautiful city.

Fantastic Location

We loved our stay at the Condillac apartment. I don’t think the location could have been better. Grocery, restaurants, trams, tourist office, shopping and historical sites were all within a 10-minute walk. The apartment was lovely and clean and had everything we needed. The lift was out, so Jacobo carried our suitcase up for us! He showed us on the map many great places to visit and suggested Le Petit Commerce for dinner, which was excellent. Such a pleasure to stay there! Thank you, and we hope to return!

Perfection

Wonderful apartment. In the center of town, walkable to everything. Spacious, tall ceilings with great light, comfy furniture, great kitchen. Good shutters made bedrooms dark at night. Property agent was lovely and super helpful. Because it’s close to everything street noise can be loud but didn’t bother us at all. The internal staircase is a little dark, but the elevator is easy. Would absolutely stay here again.

Really lovely location, and overall great space - the balcony was beautiful (though, the downside of the great light and hip location was a fair bit of noise late in the evening). There wasn't any toilet paper, garbage bags, or dishwasher soap, and some of the cooking utensils were odd - really need a chef's knife and better cutting board - would be the only improvements to make.

Great location and convenience

Loved the location and the property itself was nice. The air conditioning wasn't up to the challenge of the 3-4 days it was in the upper 80s and low 90s. The best we could do was get it down to 26.5. Good fans. Good size for our family of 4 adults. Great kitchen. Some of the furnishings a bit rickety but overall the apartment met our needs well. Location-wise a perfect base for day trips by car to wine regions, and at night we ate very well within 5 or 10 minutes on foot, with major tourist sites 15 minutes away. Coming from the US the prices were reasonable for great quality.

Great location, slightly tired apartment

The apartment is in an excellent location. It is spacious and light, but the furnishings are a little tired and it was not perfectly clean when we arrived. Unfortunately the elevator was not working so we had to walk three flights of stairs with our luggage and baby. The host requires payment via an alternative platform which is unusual but seemed to work ok in the end.

Not what I expected…

I’m sorry to say this apartment’s condition was not what I expected from all the 5 star ratings. Yes, the location is great. And the apartment has some elements that are very good. But the overall look and feel of the apartment is very dated and tired. It just needs some new paint and bringing the furnishings up to date. The management company was extremely responsive and easy to work with. When we couldn’t get into the Wi-Fi on arriving, they sent a young man who fixed the problem very efficiently.

Green location and clean apartment

We enjoyed four nights at the apartment and it couldn’t have been more convenient or cleaner. The management was easy to communicate with even though we don’t speak French.

Comfortable apartment in an excellent location.

Good property in an excellent location. Busy area but very quiet in the apartment when the windows are closed. Elevator direct to the apartment. Nice bathroom, lots of hot water, comfortable beds and living room furniture. Good kitchen. Can't beat the location in the absolute center of the Golden Triangle of Bordeaux.

Logement très sympathique

Bordeaux est une belle destination. Cet appartement est de bon standing, l'accueil très cordial. Manque des petites choses comme du sel, des sacs poubelles. Petit souci de connectique mais rien de bien grave. Un logement central.

bon séjour à Bordeaux

Nous avons passé un bon séjour dans cet appartement très bien situé dans un très bon quartier de Bordeaux. Très bon accueil le jour de l'arrivée. Double vitrage efficace même si il y pas spécialement de bruit dans le rue. Immeuble très calme. Je conseil cet appartement pour votre séjour dans cette ville.
