"Ho fatto una prenotazione di 4 notti. Quando si prenota un 5 stelle ci si augura di avere il massimo dei confort. Arrivo in camera, premetto che pioveva e facevafreddo, trovo la camera ghiacciata, riscaldamento inesistente, chiedo al personale, mi dicono che provvederanno, ma nulla succede, alla seconda lamentela mi mandano una stufetta elettrica. "Great location. Cafes & restaurants are a few minutes walk. If you are there on a Wednesday there is a market within walking distance. Staff are very helpful & responsive. I would certainly choose to stay here again."

"This hotel is located slightly off the beaten path for the Brussels tourist circle, but it was a good location for us (near a daily vintage market and lots of vintage clothing stores). For my usual rating points: staff: friendly and accommodating, beds: comfortable, water pressure: nonexistent :( but two out of three isn’t bad. Breakfast buffet was comprehensive if not a little oversubscribed at peak times. "

"Very much liked our stay at City Box. Checking in was streamless and though there was only one elevator working at the time of our stay we never had to deal with waiting to get up to our room. Room was clean, bed was so comfortable, accessible to everything and a safe area. Extra towels were needed for the last of days and we were able to get them right away when requested. "The hotel was nice and had a great atmosphere. I found the staff were really helpful, friendly, and attentive. The room was spacious, clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was decent and had all the essentials that you would expect. The location is good and it is only a 20 minute walk to the centre with plenty of places to eat very close to the hotel. Beim Zimmer mussten wir allerdings einige Abstriche machen. Obwohl wir die Relax-Kategorie gebucht hatten, war der Raum extrem klein. "The hotel itself is great. The breakfast was good. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The location is right at the Train station and seems unsafe at night. There is nothing to do around the hotel, choices of restaurants are limited. There are a few fast food and sandwich shops in the train station as well as a supermarket. Getting to the airport is very easy using the Train and very inexpensive compared to taxi."
