"My husband and I wanted to spend our 30th wedding anniversary in the Pacific Northwest. We wanted something close to Seattle but with a more relaxed atmosphere so we could enjoy some peace and quiet after spending time in the city and beyond. Dave and Eileen‘s place was perfect for us. We loved the location, the beautiful views of the water and mountains, and watching the sunset from the hot tub at night. They were great hosts and we would highly recommend a stay with them!"

"We left two nights early because of having to fight ants from the first night. The place smelled of dogs so strongly we had to open all the windows to air it out. The kitchen cabinets were filthy underneath the dishes so we hand washed everything we touched. The doors underneath the sink almost fell off when i opened them. The house seems to be used regularly but not cleaned well often. I would give a zero rating if I could and would definitely like a partial refund!"

"Dont stay here! The place is nice inside, but if you want to sleep, dont stay here. Train tracks are a block away and blare their horns all night long. There were 3 trains alone from 1-1:30am. I asked to cancel my second night stay and get a refund due to the fact that this noise issue is not disclosed in the posting. The management company, Evolve, has been extremely dismissive and will only give me a refund worth 1/4 of the daily total, even though I gave notice, asked for a refund, and...
