"Great location . Service level in the bar was very weak . They need to be better trained in customer service . You had to go to the bar and ring a bell ? They walked right by guest without offering service . The restaurant servers were good."

"Very central, a shortish walk from the Piazza Bra' and the old town. The staff were friendly and helpful.
