"very clean room, right in the middle of the activity on a busy street with lots of restaurants but room was quiet from that noise. we did hear the people above us they were quite loud. never saw anyone at the desk. wifi didn't work the first 4.5 days but at least tv did have English channels.
very dark in the hallway unless you know to turn on the light switch in the hall. it will auto turn off after a few minutes. also, entrance is just off the main Street there is a little walkway...

"Very comfortable house with balcony and lovely view of valley. Lots of space. Cooler than on the coast. Kitchen was a little limited but was enough for us. Owner lives next door and was very helpful with some of my minor requests (eg light bulbs). Quiet area just off a through road. Felt very safe and secure."

"Great location, close to the central train and bus station and around the corner from the Ballaro market and main tourist areas.
Communication from Carlotta was great and she gave us some great recommendations and was very welcoming
The rooms are lovely and well designed with everything you need and good powerful showers.
Thank you for a lovely stay - we would definitely book again"

"Beautiful rooms in an exceptional location near many restaurants, shops, and sites. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and spacious. We arrived after hours and the self entry instructions were complete and clear. The staff was welcoming and helpful. Highly recommended if you are staying in Palermo."
