"The hotel was very clean and had modern facilities with clean fresh towels and toiletries provided, the bed was comfortable and the room very clean. The bar and dinning area have been refurbished but have been styled in a retro vibe which added to the experience, there was good choice for breakfast which was of a good standard, the staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming, and we will certainly be staying there again."

"There's no breakfast or food options and the guy told me that they hadn't done food for years. Good location. View was lovely."

"Old hotel, badly maintained with smelly rooms. The water coming out the bathroom tap had a horrible sewage smell, so my family and I used mineral water to brush the teeth and to wash the face. There were two lifts but only one working during the whole weekend, and the guests had to share it with the staff transporting food or cleaning supplies. It was a mess. I will not return to this hotel."

"Das Hotel ist großartig. Das Personal ist super freundlich und die Zimmer sind groß und sehr sauber. Das Bad ist modern und ebenfalls sehr sauber gewesen. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr reichhaltig und lecker. Wir hatten ein Zimmer zur Stadtseite und obwohl es draußen einige Restaurants gibt, hat man nichts davon mitbekommen. Das Restaurant im Hotel serviert sehr leckeres Essen."

"旅行本に載っていたりクチコミも良かったので予約しました。女性一人旅でコスパ良くしたいため評判の良い朝食を付け、トイレは別のシングルに宿泊。週末は高いので平日にしてロンドンから日帰りでなく１時間で来られるので夕方6時過ぎの列車で来てフィッシュを頂いてからホテルへ。ホテル迄はくだり坂、バス停はほとんど目の前にあるので帰りの上り坂はバス利用。翌日は8時からイングリッシュブレックファストを頂きましたが用意まで時間がかかりま味は普通。部屋はベッドは快適でしたがシャワーの排水が良くなく溢れる心配をしながら、ゆっくり出来ませんでした。頭が窓際で4月末でも寒かった。館内はエレベーターは無し。一人旅で2段ベッドが嫌な方は個室なのでその点はよいのでは？ロンドン連泊で費用がかかりますが日帰りでなうあえて宿泊も節約になりそうです。パビリオンは徒歩圏、セブンシスターズ方面のバスもブライトン駅迄行かずともすぐのバス停から出かけられます、後から知りました！ 設備も年季が入っていてやっと稼働している面もありオーナーもお年なのでいつまでかな？と思いました。"
