Means that the living room is usually warmer than rest of house, but that did not bother us and we were comfortable. The location is excellent and we felt very safe. "Communications with manager was wonderful. She was very helpful. Not many upscale restaurants were in walking distance but there was a grocery store a block away. They sold alcohol. Bedrooms were roomy. Occasionally chatter from street. Overall nice"

"The place is super clean and spacious for one person or a couple. Very quit neighborhood and street parking was no problem. Everything looks brand new, nice bathroom and kitchenette. Mild foot traffic overhead but not loud."
