"This stay was lovely, with aircon in all rooms, and short drive to nice beaches. There are a few things however that the description lied about. The villa is a 15 minute drive to Alona beach, not a 10 minute walk. The only beach within walking distance is the docking area for boats, and is dirty in general. Also, they charge 300pesos per 12 hours of use for the washing machine, so keep in mind that it is not included. For the cost of the house however our stay was very comfortable and enjoyable....

"Best part by far, the pool and the view. The home had a beautiful Christmas tree set up in the living room.I do not recommend anyone with health conditions (struggle walking) due to the steep incline when entering exiting the home. A large van will go part way in the drive but guest will have to walk up the hill and meet the driver.We were not informed the breakfast was included during our stay but it was a nice surprise. Zara's Cafe is a 2-minute walk. Zara's cafe is closed on Tuesdays. Zara's...

"Check in and out went smoothly, had a problem with kitchen sink drain, substandard asian plumbing, caretaker did a bad fix , it still leaked. Place supposed to have washing machine for clothes, it does but was told its broken, getting to be the standard for vrbo rentals, after all its cheaper to leave a broken ine rather than get it fixed or buy a new one"

"Extremely disappointing and concerning experience. During my stay, the hotel charged my account for items I never consumed. When I disputed this, they provided two conflicting documents: an unsigned slip and another with a forged signature that is NOT mine. To make matters worse, management is now harassing me with CCTV footage from a completely different time (March 3rd at 8:35 AM) to justify charges that do not match. They are using fake evidence to cover up internal security failures. Even after the bill was settled, they continue to send messages instead of admitting their error. Travelers, BEWARE: check every single charge on your bill and do not trust their 'security' controls. This hotel lacks integrity."
