"My husband and I stayed here for the weekend with our two children. It was quiet, and pretty clean. You could tell they are still in the process of making improvements to the place. But for the price we paid, it was better than expected. We also really only needed a place to shower and sleep the rest of the time we were on the beach or at the park across the street. It was a nice little weekend getaway."

"My wife and 5-year old recently stayed for five days. Generally liked our visit but would not go back. Things we liked: location, layout of property (pool, bar and restaurant), and food. Things we didn’t like: staff and the little things. Overall, staff were not warm or overly helpful; never saw one smile. We felt like we were bothering them when we asked for something. There was a billing discrepancy through Expedia and we honestly were trying to figure out what happened but overall...

"The room was not clean: the floor was gross, there was dog hair on the sheets and pillow cases, the shower had hair and it was stopped up and flooding. The staff was okay."

"Very friendly people at the front desk. Nice location for walking to a few restaurants that are really great and coffee shop as well! Has a rinse station/shower so you don't have to wait your turn in line at the one at the beach. It is not exactly beachfront, but it is a quick walk to the beach access which is right next to Surf's Up Grill. We enjoyed our stay!"

"Upon check in.. we received a comment about lack of communication from Expedia's side towards hotel.. none the less.. our rooms were not ready at check nor were they ready until close to 7 pm!! Lack of communication from staff regarding who would bring linen/ towels. .. to our rooms... come to find out it was no one.. we had to go get our own.. we had stayed here previously a few yrs ago but was nothing like this... like the staff and lack of attentiveness or basic knowledge to give us as to...

"Front desk guys were rude. No elevators i had my cart ,told them I have cancer and a bad back how am I gonna get the cart upstairs and they shrugged their shoulders. Do rude. They soldered the bathtub stopper so u can't pull it up or down and take a bath, only a shower. The washer destroyed my clothes and stole 8$ of my quarters and they said they had nothing to do with the washer and dryer! And pool was about the size of a kiddy pool. Not worth the price. That's ridiculous and they lied ,they...
