?- Welcome to the apartment Strandjuwel with Baltic Sea view and only 300m to the beach. The lovingly and maritime furnished 3-bedroom penthouse-style apartment in the Villa Strandhafer offers 85m² plenty of space for relaxation and recreation for up to 6 people.

The spacious living and dining area invites not least by a cozy couch (sleeping place for one person) with TV and a small reading area to feel good. The roof balcony, which can be accessed directly from the living room, offers a beautiful view of the Baltic Sea and makes you want a game night, especially on balmy summer nights.  In the autumn and winter months, the underfloor heating in the entire apartment provides warmth and coziness.

Furthermore, the apartment has a large bedroom with double bed, two wardrobes and TV. As a small highlight you enter only from this room a spacious balcony invites to romantic evenings for two.

The second bedroom has a single bed (90x200 cm) and a sofa bed for 2 persons and a wardrobe.

The spacious modern bathroom has a walk-in shower and a sink with a large mirror.

The "smart" fitted kitchen in the apartment leaves nothing to be desired with microwave, dishwasher, ceramic hob with hood, and a fridge freezer. Kettle, coffee maker, other kitchen appliances and dishes are of course included.

A hairdryer, vacuum cleaner and other household utensils are part of the apartment 8.

You can park your car free of charge on the 8th parking space belonging to apartment 8.

In the outdoor area are additional and free of charge devices for securing their bicycles. (Please bring your own locks or you can get them in town)

The approximately 1. 100 km long Baltic Sea Cycle Route leads directly along the water through the town Börgerende. Swimming, lounging on the beach, fishing, walks along the sea to Heiligendamm, by bike along the Baltic Sea cycle path, a ride on the train-Molli, golf, horseback riding ... everything possible!
