"予約した部屋と実際に案内された部屋が異なり、その後の説明にも一貫性がなく、何度も是正を求めましたが、4泊中2泊を別の部屋で過ごすことになりました。 その結果、滞在を楽しむことが難しくなりました。 また、どちらの部屋でも温かいお湯が安定して出なかったため、お風呂であたたまることができませんでした。 さらに、部屋に関するやり取りの中で、問題の解決ではなく、言葉の解釈に焦点が当てられたため、意思疎通が非常に難しいと感じました（詳細は添付のスクリーンショットをご参照ください）。 私たち夫婦（50代以上）は、これまで60回以上海外旅行をしてきましたが、このような経験は一度もありませんでした。 一方で、特に印象に残っているスタッフの方々がいました。 ..."

"If you like a soulless island full of instagram influencers, screaming kids, and people rinsing as much free booze as they can, then this is the place for you. "ビーチフロントに泊まりましたが、最高の経験ができました。部屋から直接出ることができるビーチにも沢山の魚が泳いでおり、シュノーケリングを飽きるまで 楽しむことができました。 何よりもスタッフの笑顔が素敵で、常にサポートしてくれました。 レストランも各種ありましたが、どこも味付けが美味しく満足しました。ただ、メニューごとに量が異なり、そこのオーダー調整が難しかったです。 オプションツアーで船に乗ってのシュノーケリングにも行きましたが、スタッフが餌付けをしていて、熱帯魚だけでなく2mくらいのエイが自分の周りを5〜6匹泳いでいて、貴重な体験でした。 トータルで大満足でした。"
