"I stayed at this rental with 5 other guy's for our annual fishing trip. Out of 8 years this was hands down the best place we've ever stayed. Great house, awesome views Lakeside and very close to town. Absolutely top notch....."

"We're the grandparents from Tn. coming to meet the parents & grandkids half way. Stayed a few days to enjoy the view & comforts of the home & brought 2 granddaughters back. Played in the lake, kayaked, ate some good food & utilized the large fenced area to keep our dogs in. Would recommend this house for any family w/ outdoor pets, kids & folks who'd enjoy a comfortable stay @ the lake."

"Saw 5 daddy long legs and one other spider in the master bathroom but didn’t see anymore throughout the weekend. No big deal honestly it’s expected in houses with woods around but just something to keep in mind. We used this property just to sleep and get ready for Rock The South 2023 and it was perfect for that. Communication was absolutely perfect! Overall great stay. "

"We were in town for a baseball tournament and opted to stay here instead of local hotel. It was a great decision! Small but very clean with open kitchen and living room. Washer and dryer helped out tremendously. Will stay here again if back in town."

"Wonderful little lake house located in a ver convenient location. 5 minutes to 2 boat ramps down river or just a quick 15 minute drive to waterfront. Less than 10 minutes to City Harbor. Clean, plenty of space, and located right in the water. We will be back!"

"We came into town with four other families for a baseball tournament and this house met all of our needs. Location is secluded but close to town. About a 10 minute drive to City Harbor, 20 minutes to sand mountain park and 30 minutes to Snead State CC. I definitely would recommend this place to others and I hate it isn’t available when we come back into town next week for another tournament."

"We stayed when it was sunny and hot. It 95 degrees outside but the inside felt nice. They had multiple air conditioners going so it was great. My 13 year old was able to swim off the back porch and we fished. I’ve already told some friends about it and now they want to come. Restaurants and a couple of fast food places are just a few steps away and grocery shopping is just across the street. The water was a little busy during the day with boats and things so there was a little rocking movement,...
