"We had a fun stay along the McKenzie River. The cabin was well stocked with basic needs and games, but mostly we lounged near the river where there was plenty of space and privacy for fishing or relaxing. We will definitely plan to stay again. This cabin was a great weekend escape with lots of nearby hiking and fishing. "

The listing is super accurate but I’ll also highlight that the kitchen is small but incredibly well stocked, the bed was very comfortable, and all furnishings were great. "Rented the unit for a 5 day fishing/hiking adventure on the river with a long time friend. We couldn’t possibly have been more pleased with everything about the home and the rental process! From the decor to the well appointed bedrooms, showers, kitchen and relaxing living room we just felt lucky to have found and secured the home! It’s a very special place right along the river with great access to many of the commercial businesses nearby while also feeling so remote in the Cascade foothills....
